The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Super Sonic Party! We ordered a lot of Sonic party supplies. The personalized items were amazing!!! The only negative was the envelopes for the invitations - they were coming apart, down the sides, and had to be taped to be mailed out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back for our future party needs! Thank you!

Very disappointed this time around Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have used this company plenty of times in the past and have been impressed with them, however this time I'm missing several items from my order. There is no phone number to contact someone anymore, only email so I have emailed twice and still haven't heard back from anyone concerning my order. Very disappointed this time around may not use Birthday in a box again☹
