They have the unpopular birthday characters! I was initially nervous about buying products from this company as I’ve never heard of them. They were the only company that had products for my daughter’s birthday party so I figured I’d give them a try and if I lose my money, I’ll know for next year. The product was exactly what it said it would be online. I also chose standard delivery and it came before the standard delivery time which was great. If I knew before that the company was legit I would have ordered more stuff. Totally recommend.

Will shop here again and again!! The products were exactly as described, great quality, and shipped quickly. When I compared prices to other popular party supply vendors, birthday in a box offered the lowest price by far. I received my item sooner than I was promised too! Very happy!

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

I gave 3 stars because some of my items… I gave 3 stars because some of my items were missing. I contacted the company about my missing items & still have not heard anything about them or about being refunded for the missing items. The items that I did receive, I was very satisfied with. I’m not sure if I would order through them again though, since I’m still waiting to receive a response about the items that are currently missing.

They didn’t send me the pinata They didn’t send me the pinata, seems like is not way to contact them. The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.
