The packing slip included everything from my intended purchase, but the items did not match. I’ve sent an email to the company with no response. I would like the items I purchased.

Super Sonic Party! We ordered a lot of Sonic party supplies. The personalized items were amazing!!! The only negative was the envelopes for the invitations - they were coming apart, down the sides, and had to be taped to be mailed out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely be coming back for our future party needs! Thank you!

The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.
