I'm missing 4 sets of Monster Jam Grave… I'm missing 4 sets of Monster Jam Grave Dinner Dinner Plates. I've sent numerous of emails and haven't heard back from anyone. Don't advertise that you respond to emails within 24 hours when that's a lie. I would like to get it replace or refunded.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

Very Happy with My Order!!! Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! So perfect for our party! The Daniel Tiger decorations and supplies I ordered for my son’s first birthday are so perfect. They are beyond cute, affordable, and there were so many options! I was not expecting to find all of this and I’m so excited for the party!

They didn’t send me the pinata They didn’t send me the pinata, seems like is not way to contact them. The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.
