Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Very Happy with My Order!!! Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! Not to mention-at first I wasn’t sure how legit this site was since I had never heard of this site before. However I had no issues whatsoever and all of my items I ordered were exactly what I wanted. I ordered several items for a girls I ordered several items for a girls, theme, baby shower. Unfortunately, I receive several items for a boys monster truck theme birthday party. The packing slip included everything from my intended purchase, but the items did not match. I’ve sent an email to the company with no response. I would like the items I purchased.

Very disappointed this time around Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have used this company plenty of times in the past and have been impressed with them, however this time I'm missing several items from my order. There is no phone number to contact someone anymore, only email so I have emailed twice and still haven't heard back from anyone concerning my order. Very disappointed this time around may not use Birthday in a box again☹

Omg shipping was so fast and… Omg shipping was so fast and unbelievable! And what are order were so pretty and the material felt great! I can’t wait to set up the party this weekend and I will always be using this business for my child’s party!!
