I ordered several items for a girls I ordered several items for a girls, theme, baby shower. Unfortunately, I receive several items for a boys monster truck theme birthday party. The packing slip included everything from my intended purchase, but the items did not match. I’ve sent an email to the company with no response. I would like the items I purchased.

They didn’t send me the pinata They didn’t send me the pinata, seems like is not way to contact them. The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.

All in all will be purchasing again All in all will be purchasing again. The prices are beyond reasonable and after receiving my package the quality is much better than i originally thought it would be. The only thing was i didn’t necessarily get everything on my list that i had purchased. Although i did receive one thing i did not purchase, but i cannot use it as the theme is halloween for my sons birthday party , (3 &5) and the item i did not purchase was cocomelon table set . :(

Good experience Some of the items I needed were out of stock. I also could not get crepe paper streamers which I will have to find locally. Other than that the products received Met my expectations and arrived in timely fashion.

Very disappointed this time around Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have used this company plenty of times in the past and have been impressed with them, however this time I'm missing several items from my order. There is no phone number to contact someone anymore, only email so I have emailed twice and still haven't heard back from anyone concerning my order. Very disappointed this time around may not use Birthday in a box again☹
