I ordered several items for a girls I ordered several items for a girls, theme, baby shower. Unfortunately, I receive several items for a boys monster truck theme birthday party. The packing slip included everything from my intended purchase, but the items did not match. I’ve sent an email to the company with no response. I would like the items I purchased.

Very Happy with My Order!!! Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! Not to mention-at first I wasn’t sure how legit this site was since I had never heard of this site before. However I had no issues whatsoever and all of my items I ordered were exactly what I wanted. Definitely 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered two dozen of plastic sharks Ordered two dozen of plastic sharks, one showed up as described but the other dozen was a completely different thing. They both came together so I don’t understand where the confusion was. At least it showed up on time.

I gave 3 stars because some of my items… I gave 3 stars because some of my items were missing. I contacted the company about my missing items & still have not heard anything about them or about being refunded for the missing items. The items that I did receive, I was very satisfied with. I’m not sure if I would order through them again though, since I’m still waiting to receive a response about the items that are currently missing.

Very disappointed this time around Normally I would have given 5 stars. I have used this company plenty of times in the past and have been impressed with them, however this time I'm missing several items from my order. There is no phone number to contact someone anymore, only email so I have emailed twice and still haven't heard back from anyone concerning my order. Very disappointed this time around may not use Birthday in a box again☹
