I contacted the company about my missing items & still have not heard anything about them or about being refunded for the missing items. The items that I did receive, I was very satisfied with. I’m not sure if I would order through them again though, since I’m still waiting to receive a response about the items that are currently missing.

Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.
