Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

Very Happy with My Order!!! Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! Not to mention-at first I wasn’t sure how legit this site was since I had never heard of this site before. However I had no issues whatsoever and all of my items I ordered were exactly what I wanted. They have the unpopular birthday characters! I was initially nervous about buying products from this company as I’ve never heard of them. They were the only company that had products for my daughter’s birthday party so I figured I’d give them a try and if I lose my money, I’ll know for next year. The product was exactly what it said it would be online. I also chose standard delivery and it came before the standard delivery time which was great. If I knew before that the company was legit I would have ordered more stuff. Totally recommend.
