The prices are beyond reasonable and after receiving my package the quality is much better than i originally thought it would be. The only thing was i didn’t necessarily get everything on my list that i had purchased. Although i did receive one thing i did not purchase, but i cannot use it as the theme is halloween for my sons birthday party , (3 &5) and the item i did not purchase was cocomelon table set . :(

Good experience Some of the items I needed were out of stock. I also could not get crepe paper streamers which I will have to find locally. Other than that the products received Met my expectations and arrived in timely fashion.

Great experience I was a little nervous to order from here after reading some reviews but I took a risk and I am extremely satisfied. I did not order any personalized items or have any reason to deal with customer service so I cannot review those parts of the company. What I did order was received after only a few days and it’s a great quality and condition. I got most of it on sale cheaper than I would’ve paid on Amazon or party city and it seems to be of better quality.

Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.
