I have emailed you regarding my order… I have emailed you regarding my order and haven’t gotten a response. I ordered containers and no tissue or wrap was placed around the containers. They were just thrown inside the box along with the other things I ordered. Obviously, they arrived completely broken. UPDATE: not sure if the email or review got to them but I was sent another package with replacement containers overnight just in time for party. ! Thanks

Very Happy with My Order!!! Very, very happy with my purchase! This was the only site I was able to find Bubble Guppies items for my son’s birthday party, and they were all at a great price! Not to mention-at first I wasn’t sure how legit this site was since I had never heard of this site before. However I had no issues whatsoever and all of my items I ordered were exactly what I wanted. Usually good but cheap product this time I love ordering from Birthday in a Box as the prices are great and it ships so quickly. Reason for 4 stars is the rubix cubes fell apart as soon as my son tried playing with them (tried 2 different ones from the bag) and now I don’t feel I can use them as party bag gifts. I guess I get what I paid for.

They didn’t send me the pinata They didn’t send me the pinata, seems like is not way to contact them. The phone number from their Facebook page does not work and I had email them with not answers, msgs them from messenger, Instagram and nothing. Very disappointed birthday party for my son. The worse part I did a special trip from Canada to USA to pick up my package because they don’t deliver to Canada anymore.
