I came back into town only to receive notification to submit the request online. I submitted the request online and was denied a refund, due to a technicality: I didn't submit online in time! Don't let them steal your money!! BEWARE!! Many other discount gift card sites have amazing customer service like Card Cookie and Raise - incredible customer service: they don't make you jump through hoops if you have an issue.

When I sent the payment, I sent 2 transactions which totaled more than i needed to send. They canceled the order saying I underpaid and I can see the funds I sent them sitting in a bitcoin wallet unspent. The customer service phone number didn't work and it takes forever to get a response by email. The agent said they only saw $4 out of $25 I sent, and that they sent my refund request to someone else 4 days ago. Will never use them again
