Reputable, trustworthy They are a good company. Their website is becoming easier to navigate. The products are good with a variety of selection. There are a reputable and trustworthy company. I know other churches who use their products. They also have good discounts.

Deceptive Business Practices Their website showed “in stock” for a Bible curriculum. I purchased several. A week went by with no communication. I called Concordia, and they let me know that they canceled my order, but did not communicate with me or refund my money until I actually called. The item still shows in stock on their site, despite not being able to fulfill the order. Very irresponsible way to handle business. First and last time using them. Beware.

I didn't speak to a person but at least… I didn't speak to a person but at least I found on your website the battery-operated candles for our National Crime Victims Candlelight Vigil on the National Mall in DC on April 26. I used the manufacturer last year but they were sold out and Concordia only had them in stock - so I was happy about that. Delivery was on time and they matched the ones I purchased last year.
