I ordered a Easter basket for my… I ordered a Easter basket for my granddaughter.I thought the packaging looked beautiful.Which to me is a lot of why I spent the money to have it arrive specially prepared.When it arrived and I opened the box I wanted to cry.The bag of m and M have a large tear.The only way to reach it is to take the entire wrapping apart knowing it won’t go back the same.I sent an email request for a new basket of goodies not tampered and they can have this back.Much to my surprise I got a snarky email from them wanting to give me $15 for the m and m.What???that is not the point.I want what they sold a pristine untrammeled with basket that is not what I received.When I responded to the email they were rude again and said we feel $15 for a .95 cent package of m and m is fair.What????I will never use them again.

I placed an order over a week ago for… I placed an order over a week ago for my sister-in-law and she still hasn't received it. I complained online and Matt, the owner, contacted me with his apologies and refunded the cost. He’s still sending my gift basket out at his company’s expense. Great customer service for sure!!
