Ignoring emails Within 24hrs of ordering I emailed them asking to cancel because my friend, in the hospital, had to be revived 4 times in one day. They ignored my email for 2 days until it was too late. When I responded saying that is terrible customer service I received another email telling me it was my fault & they offered to refund everything but shipping out of goodness of their heart!? If your business is gift baskets, you can't ignore emails. Update: I was not going to get into it with you while I was cooking dinner, so yes, I hung up. I never asked for a refund. I asked to cancel order, then I said,, thank God you can cancel that request. At that point if you had just apologized for the situation, nothing else would have been said. But after your last unkind email to me ,I decided to leave a review

I ordered a Easter basket for my… I ordered a Easter basket for my granddaughter.I thought the packaging looked beautiful.Which to me is a lot of why I spent the money to have it arrive specially prepared.When it arrived and I opened the box I wanted to cry.The bag of m and M have a large tear.The only way to reach it is to take the entire wrapping apart knowing it won’t go back the same.I sent an email request for a new basket of goodies not tampered and they can have this back.Much to my surprise I got a snarky email from them wanting to give me $15 for the m and m.What???that is not the point.I want what they sold a pristine untrammeled with basket that is not what I received.When I responded to the email they were rude again and said we feel $15 for a .95 cent package of m and m is fair.What????I will never use them again.

Canterberry did an amazing job with our… Canterberry did an amazing job with our department holiday baskets. Matt was responsive and very helpful. He worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget. He was able to send the baskets directly to the individuals while billing in one amount making expensing easy. All the baskets were delivered on time and their communication during the process was great. My team loved their baskets and they will be my first stop when I have to send another gift.
