GBI placed an order over a week ago for… I placed an order over a week ago for my sister-in-law and she still hasn't received it. I complained online and Matt, the owner, contacted me with his apologies and refunded the cost. He’s still sending my gift basket out at his company’s expense. Great customer service for sure!!

GBRidiculous to offer Valentine's Day… Ridiculous to offer Valentine's Day baskets that have no realistic way of getting to someone by Valentine's Day. On top of that, no tracking available until a day after valentine's day. Finally, way overpriced for so taking advantage of the holiday. Thanks Greatly appreciate the prompt response and the service recovery gesture. Daughter actually loved the basket. Best wishes and future success.
