From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. Very well done and thoughtful to get the details right. Great for a gift! I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!
