It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. Stay clear won’t help you Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.
