Poor communication….piece was ruined. I chose this company because the site said I could view it prior to receiving. On the order form was a spot to write instructions. I wrote green base, Happy 70th birthday Waldo. The piece arrived with the words Green base, Happy Birthday Waldo. I tried contacting the company, but they did not respond. Also, the shoes are on the wrong feet. Disappointing for the price.

Great service and product! Received my custom Bobble gift today, hugely impressed with not just the product but service too! It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. Highly recommended, friends and family who've seen the gift are already planning to purchase. Thanks.

RIP OFF I ordered two children figures from your website. It took 2 months to deliver it. And when I received the items, I was very disappointed. 1. they are not the correct size. 2. the heads barely move and do not bobble 3. the faces do not look like the pictures. 4. the notes are just stickers. not the way they were shown on the picture in your website. This is a very disappointing product. I want my money back!

Bobblehead They did fantastic on keeping me updated on the process. However, I had an issue with a few details and they said they were unable to correct them because it was already "baked" and done. Why send me photos for approval if you can't correct anything? Overall a good product.
