They are dishonest They are dishonest, not based in the US, will take your money, and will not respond to your requests. It has been two months, and they have not shipped the product or replied to any inquiries. They are untrustworthy, so it's best to avoid engaging with them.

I’m updating my previous review I’m updating my previous review. The item arrived the day after I tried contacting them. I received no updates to check progress and although they had my number they never checked why I wasn’t approving the pictures they say they emailed to me. The item itself is actually lovely and novel, it’s just a shame there’s a couple of errors and there’s improvements to facial features/hair that I would have made given the opportunity. I’ve not tried to resolve any further as I don’t think I’d get anywhere with them and the email to contact them doesn’t seem to work anyway. So I’ve accepted it’s a gift which isn’t 100% correct and doesn’t look quite like the person it’s supposed to be 🤔

Stay clear won’t help you Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.

Great communication During the creation process they send progress pictures and made sure the product was exactly what I wanted before they continued!
