Very well done and thoughtful to get the details right. Great for a gift! I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!

Poor communication….piece was ruined. I chose this company because the site said I could view it prior to receiving. On the order form was a spot to write instructions. I wrote green base, Happy 70th birthday Waldo. The piece arrived with the words Green base, Happy Birthday Waldo. I tried contacting the company, but they did not respond. Also, the shoes are on the wrong feet. Disappointing for the price.

Great service and product! Received my custom Bobble gift today, hugely impressed with not just the product but service too! It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. They are dishonest They are dishonest, not based in the US, will take your money, and will not respond to your requests. It has been two months, and they have not shipped the product or replied to any inquiries. They are untrustworthy, so it's best to avoid engaging with them.

Stay clear won’t help you Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.
