RIP OFF I ordered two children figures from your website. It took 2 months to deliver it. And when I received the items, I was very disappointed. 1. they are not the correct size. 2. the heads barely move and do not bobble 3. the faces do not look like the pictures. 4. the notes are just stickers. not the way they were shown on the picture in your website. This is a very disappointing product. I want my money back!

I’m hoping they contact me I’m hoping they contact me, because I paid 21 days ago and had a text the next day asking for extra photos and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since, despite the website saying delivery in 2 weeks and artist keeping in touch. I deleted the text to ensure my partner didn’t discover what I’d bought for him so can’t even text to chase! I’ve no email confirmation either?

Very well done and thoughtful to get the details right. Great for a gift! I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!
