From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. They are dishonest They are dishonest, not based in the US, will take your money, and will not respond to your requests. It has been two months, and they have not shipped the product or replied to any inquiries. They are untrustworthy, so it's best to avoid engaging with them.

We absolutely love our bobble heads We absolutely love our bobble heads. The whole process was so easy. We were communicated with each step of the way. Jessica was great. She would email with pictures to get our approval and was open to any suggestion we had to make on the bobblehead. The final product turned out amazing! And we received our order in a timely manner.

I’m hoping they contact me I’m hoping they contact me, because I paid 21 days ago and had a text the next day asking for extra photos and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since, despite the website saying delivery in 2 weeks and artist keeping in touch. I deleted the text to ensure my partner didn’t discover what I’d bought for him so can’t even text to chase! I’ve no email confirmation either?
