I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!

Stay clear won’t help you Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.

Great service and product! Received my custom Bobble gift today, hugely impressed with not just the product but service too! It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. I’m hoping they contact me I’m hoping they contact me, because I paid 21 days ago and had a text the next day asking for extra photos and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since, despite the website saying delivery in 2 weeks and artist keeping in touch. I deleted the text to ensure my partner didn’t discover what I’d bought for him so can’t even text to chase! I’ve no email confirmation either?
