From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. RIP OFF I ordered two children figures from your website. It took 2 months to deliver it. And when I received the items, I was very disappointed. 1. they are not the correct size. 2. the heads barely move and do not bobble 3. the faces do not look like the pictures. 4. the notes are just stickers. not the way they were shown on the picture in your website. This is a very disappointing product. I want my money back!

Very well done and thoughtful to get the details right. Great for a gift! I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!

They are dishonest They are dishonest, not based in the US, will take your money, and will not respond to your requests. It has been two months, and they have not shipped the product or replied to any inquiries. They are untrustworthy, so it's best to avoid engaging with them.
