Beware of the bobblehead! I ordered a tennis bobblehead for a birthday gift. I spent extra money to ok the face. The artist was good and after minor adjustments, I accepted it. I was then told they would finish the rest of it and would send it out. I never saw the rest of the body and was quite disappointed with the finished product. It was supposed to look like the model provided in the ad which included a tee shirt with stripes and a sweat armband. Mine came with neither! It had a plain white tee and blue shorts. When I sent several follow-up emails I was told that I okayed the job! I only okayed the face. Their response was curt and unacceptable. Do not order from this company. Ripoff and misleading in what you will receive. The nicest thing was the box it came in.

Exceptional service and product! I am so happy with the bobblehead! It looks just like the photo I provided and dealing with Jessica was great. She checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy. Easy process and delivery was timely. Exceptional service and exceptional product!

Stay clear won’t help you Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.

She would email with pictures to get our approval and was open to any suggestion we had to make on the bobblehead. The final product turned out amazing! And we received our order in a timely manner.
