It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. Bobblehead They did fantastic on keeping me updated on the process. However, I had an issue with a few details and they said they were unable to correct them because it was already "baked" and done. Why send me photos for approval if you can't correct anything? Overall a good product.
