Great customer service When placing my order it somehow was split onto 2. I called customer service to ask why I hadn’t received all of my order and they quickly responded with an answer and resent out the second part of my order. Some how part of my order went back to the warehouse.

I ordered mine back on 10/8 still nothing i get tracking updates but yet it seems to sit at a "facility" now going on 3 weeks and UPS is the one that is "suppose" to pick up. Now we all know UPS is not going to let a package sit that wrong unless the tracking system is all bogus!!
