Purchased a custom wallet for my wife Purchased a custom wallet for my wife. The zipper stalls a quarter of the way and there’s smudges on the photos printed to the wallet. I contacted the company and their only willing to give me 15% of my money back for a product they should’ve inspected prior to being sent out. Website return policy states they will give FULL refunds if product is damaged or doesn’t arrive. So why are they trying to low ball me with 15% back? Not professional and very unsatisfied with this business.

Over all experience very un happy would not recommend The BBC tumbler was great. I ordered a purse for a friend. They left off her name, sent 2 the same. When I questioned them about the leather construction, their reply was in the description it states PU leather (fake leather) poly something leather. They did not address the duplication, they did not address leaving off the personalized name. The website is very hard to use. User friendly NOT AT ALL. I need to quite ordering on line! Their final remark was I got what I ordered case closed
