Purchased a custom wallet for my wife Purchased a custom wallet for my wife. The zipper stalls a quarter of the way and there’s smudges on the photos printed to the wallet. I contacted the company and their only willing to give me 15% of my money back for a product they should’ve inspected prior to being sent out. Website return policy states they will give FULL refunds if product is damaged or doesn’t arrive. So why are they trying to low ball me with 15% back? Not professional and very unsatisfied with this business.

I ordered the clutch purse and the tote… I ordered the clutch purse and the tote bag before Christmas it came in on time and the quality was amazing . The did an absolutely amazing job the pictures look just like my two dogs. I have gotten so many compliments. I just ordered the handbag to match cant wait until it comes in. Most definitely will be ordering from them again.
