Very helpful Several years ago our pop up was damaged while being put away. After 4 sequences of trying to buy the replacement parts, we decided to fabricate from a metal shop. We had lost our model number and the representative kept asking for information we did not have.Measurements and comparable parts were deemed to risky to sell us. This time we explained this to Cicely and she was over the top in support and getting our order in. Could not be more pleased with her help and receiving this order

Unresponsive, repetitive replies… After a year and 5 days I let Martina know that the cover for the popup had split. She said they were out of the color and would not be getting it back until the end of July, but the color would be different and she would allow a special discount but no to any leeway with the warranty. After you purchase from them, they want nothing else to do with you. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Their "heavy duty" carport is cheap aluminum, and their 30 day guarantee is a lie Purchased an "upgraded heavy duty carport" that was supposed to be galvanized steel. It was actually cheap aluminum with shoddy welding of joints. The carport collapsed within 2 weeks during a gentle 5 mph breeze gust. When I contacted the company for their 30 day guarantee, they didn't want to replace the product. They wanted to give me a "special discount" to buy a new one. When I refused, they then offered to send me a new frame if I paid them $80 for shipping. I can build my own frame out of PVC for $80, and it will be much stronger than the junk they are passing off as galvanized steel.

totally happy & satisfied with their warranty excellent service and most of all warranty. sent photos of my recent purchased 10' x 20' canopy with damaged covers (slight stitches unravelling). within 30 minutes they respond to my email with a positive reply. (quictent are sending a replacement cover 10'x 20') for free. happy & satisfied customer here! I trust and like Quictent!!! thank you Quictent!

Don't buy this item Don't buy this item. The instructions you can't follow. The pictures don't accurately reflect production procedures for assembly. Their are six instructions with items not identified where parts go clearly. Too much work to figure out on your own. Get another product. I quit on this one.
