CATent eyelets tearing throughout-update Tent eyelets tearing throughout 6 months after buying a 20 by 20 tent the eyelets are tearing throughout. My son and noticed the tent drawn very tight upon installation. I have contacted Quictent but been ignored so far. I am withholding judgement on their customer service given the holiday rush but expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time. It has been over a week... It has now been two months and no reply from customer service Can I give a negative star rating?

GBReplacements under warranty For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time. Thanks for Quictent support.

GBCustomer support is absolutely the best… Joy in customer support is absolutely the best ever. Our tent was damaged in the wind , our own fault, and she bent over backwards to help get our restaurant back up and running during the pandemic. I can't recommend Quictent enough. As advertised these are not designed for high winds but they are well made.

GBThis is a scam company!!!! This is a scam company that DOES NOT STAND BY ITS STATED POLICIES! DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my order 8hrs after placing it because of the reviews and the somewhat hidden info on product durability. They state a 24hr grace period. Now they are denying my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!!!

GBDon't buy this item Don't buy this item. The instructions you can't follow. The pictures don't accurately reflect production procedures for assembly. Their are six instructions with items not identified where parts go clearly. Too much work to figure out on your own. Get another product. I quit on this one.
