GREAT PRODUCT AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I cannot begin to express how satisfied i am with this company and their product. We keep our canopy out all year to protect our kids playhouse and not only does it do its job well but it has lasted strong through all elements. When we did have an issue due to strong winds damaging part of it the company was very quick to help with getting spare parts to put it back together. Cherry was especially helpful and i would buy from this company again any time.

Customer support is absolutely the best… Joy in customer support is absolutely the best ever. Our tent was damaged in the wind , our own fault, and she bent over backwards to help get our restaurant back up and running during the pandemic. I can't recommend Quictent enough. As advertised these are not designed for high winds but they are well made.

Very helpful Several years ago our pop up was damaged while being put away. After 4 sequences of trying to buy the replacement parts, we decided to fabricate from a metal shop. We had lost our model number and the representative kept asking for information we did not have.Measurements and comparable parts were deemed to risky to sell us. This time we explained this to Cicely and she was over the top in support and getting our order in. Could not be more pleased with her help and receiving this order

Replacements under warranty For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time. You get what you pay for. I received a 20 x 10 x 7 greenhouse as a gift. I set it up in April 2021. The anchor staples are useless unless you live somewhere where the wind is nonexistent. You must secure it better. The tent worked fine until September when the screens in the windows started to rot away and the velcro for the window coverings no longer worked. Then we had a wind storm which caused the tent to collapse, breaking many poles. Customer service offered to replace the tent at a higher cost than what the same tent was selling for online. Steer away from this company.
