Great Company & products We purchased a light duty screen house this summer and were able to enjoy the night’s mosquito free. It is not designed for rain or strong winds and this is stated in the directions We had a freak storm (New England) and the frame buckled, Quictent backs their products and sent me all the replacement parts immediately- Awesome!! Highly recommend their products and great customer service!

totally happy & satisfied with their warranty excellent service and most of all warranty. sent photos of my recent purchased 10' x 20' canopy with damaged covers (slight stitches unravelling). within 30 minutes they respond to my email with a positive reply. (quictent are sending a replacement cover 10'x 20') for free. happy & satisfied customer here! I trust and like Quictent!!! thank you Quictent!

Not only is this product a good buy but… Not only is this product a good buy but the customer support is outstanding. Our raised garden arrived and a corner piece was missing. Contacted customer support and was surprised to see a response the very next day. They asked for some additional information and said the part would be ship. Image our surprise when the part arrived 4 days later. This product deserve a 5 rating, but customer support deserves a 10! Thanks again.

Tent eyelets tearing throughout-update Tent eyelets tearing throughout 6 months after buying a 20 by 20 tent the eyelets are tearing throughout. My son and noticed the tent drawn very tight upon installation. I have contacted Quictent but been ignored so far. I am withholding judgement on their customer service given the holiday rush but expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time. It has been over a week... It has now been two months and no reply from customer service Can I give a negative star rating?

Upgraded carport If you want a company can provide you a replacement forgot about Quicktent.After over 20 messages back and forth they was pushing me to Kip the wrong replacement was a rooftop of the upgraded carport.They claim to have guaranty but the guaranty didn’t cover if the damage is caused by weather aversion so in other words is not guaranty.Horrible costumer service.
