We ordered replacement plastic covers… We ordered replacement plastic covers for our greenhouse tent. We received immediate response from Joy. The only problem was that the directions for actually ordering and paying for them were very vague. When we got that taken care of, everything went quickly and smoothly. Replacements under warranty For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time. Not only is this product a good buy but… Not only is this product a good buy but the customer support is outstanding. Our raised garden arrived and a corner piece was missing. Contacted customer support and was surprised to see a response the very next day. They asked for some additional information and said the part would be ship. Image our surprise when the part arrived 4 days later. This product deserve a 5 rating, but customer support deserves a 10! Thanks again.

This is a scam company!!!! This is a scam company that DOES NOT STAND BY ITS STATED POLICIES! DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my order 8hrs after placing it because of the reviews and the somewhat hidden info on product durability. They state a 24hr grace period. Now they are denying my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!!!
