Best Team I think I've pretty much talked to all the guys who work here by now. I've ordered two machines and have never had an issue with communication or any questions I've had. I've also called in numerous times for help to troubleshoot minor concerns regarding the machines and have had the team guide me through troubleshooting all my concerns. I can say I've learned a lot thanks to them and feel pretty confident that I can properly maintain my equipment and troubleshoot any future problems I may have. Shipped the wrong part Shipped the wrong part, but quickly fixed the issue when I called. They sent the part even before I returned the wrong ones. I tried contacting them by sending a message via their website. No response for days. I finally just called them.
