The pars kit that we ordered that… The pars kit that we ordered that claimed to be good for three different models had pieces that did not work in our machine. The white gaskets for the end of the augers were to big. We had to use the old gaskets to get the unit to operate properly.

Best Team I think I've pretty much talked to all the guys who work here by now. I've ordered two machines and have never had an issue with communication or any questions I've had. I've also called in numerous times for help to troubleshoot minor concerns regarding the machines and have had the team guide me through troubleshooting all my concerns. I can say I've learned a lot thanks to them and feel pretty confident that I can properly maintain my equipment and troubleshoot any future problems I may have. And if not, I know I can call and talk to them. Thanks Denis and Tex
