Best Team I think I've pretty much talked to all the guys who work here by now. I've ordered two machines and have never had an issue with communication or any questions I've had. I've also called in numerous times for help to troubleshoot minor concerns regarding the machines and have had the team guide me through troubleshooting all my concerns. I can say I've learned a lot thanks to them and feel pretty confident that I can properly maintain my equipment and troubleshoot any future problems I may have. The pars kit that we ordered that… The pars kit that we ordered that claimed to be good for three different models had pieces that did not work in our machine. The white gaskets for the end of the augers were to big. We had to use the old gaskets to get the unit to operate properly.

Keeps me running Very knowledgeable, full of helpful advice whether I need a part or a question about the machine. Well stocked inventory, and the best prices I've found. I only have one machine, but they treat me like their biggest customer. Don't know that I could have kept this old machine running without them.
