Called late in my day in KY (thankfully earlier in their day in NV). Part shipped out overnight and I received next day by noon to help me make a large event for which I'd already paid vendor fees! Best Team I think I've pretty much talked to all the guys who work here by now. I've ordered two machines and have never had an issue with communication or any questions I've had. I've also called in numerous times for help to troubleshoot minor concerns regarding the machines and have had the team guide me through troubleshooting all my concerns. I can say I've learned a lot thanks to them and feel pretty confident that I can properly maintain my equipment and troubleshoot any future problems I may have.
