Vat19 has stopped the risk of spreading coronavirus at their company by only having one person working in the warehouse (starting March 22,) and it is the president of the company! Also, I am very satisfied with the three orders I placed about two weeks ago. I loved the fun tour my nephew and I took last year.

AUMystery Box Disappointment We purchased 2 mystery boxes for our kids for Christmas this year. We are located in Australia so the shipping was a killer but the kids really really wanted them. I'm disappointed in the products provided. It feels like you've just put the stuff in the boxes that don't sell well, mostly consumable food items. You have some really fun stuff on your website but I feel you've really missed the mark on these boxes. Even the packaging was a let down, just a plain brown box without a Vat19 in sight which for a young kid is half of the excitement, knowing that they've received a VAT19 Mystery Box.

GBLoved it Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

GBIt was a surprise trip for our… It was a surprise trip for our grandsons, who quote Vat19 videos on YouTube all the time. They were very happy and said it was a great way to end summer vacation before going back to school. Needless to say, we became cool grandparents that day! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating with all the children. Great job!

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.
