We had such a blast! We had such a blast on our highly anticipated vat19 tour. The kids have been fans of the youtube videos, and had been begging to go buy some curiously awesome items that they had been wanting for a while. They really enjoyed meeting the cast members, and everyone couldn't have been any nicer.

I only wish that customer service would of been available when called , it would of made this process so much easier. Sometimes it's nice to speak to someone when you need assistance, instead of waiting for a email response. This was a gift card purchase that I wanted immediately for a gift.

I just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.

Bought the 50$ mystery box Bought the 50$ mystery box but half the stuff is so low quality a badly printed wigly slug supposedly is worth almost 20$ but is terribly printed and doesn’t move correctly. And the other stuff just isn’t interesting and looks like old.

And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel.
