Loved it Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. I just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.

This was the best tour ever This was the best tour ever. Our granddaughters loved seeing the sets and meeting their YouTube friends in person. Everyone was beyond nice, signing autographs and letting us take pictures. Special surprises here and there made it even better. Anything we paid to buy things in the warehouse was worth it for such a perfect visit. Thank you, Jamie!

Terrible company Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
