And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. Avoid this company Avoid this company. I ordered two separate mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, based on their repackaging dates. The boxes were the exact SAME, no mystery here, and the boys were incredibly disappointed, especially the second one to open his box. Company apologized for their mistake and said I could ship back at my expense less a 15% restocking for store credit. Truly deplorable to advertise overpriced cheap junk food and toys to kids and not stand behind your mistake. Avoid this company!

Wow! You can get stuff done in a not stuffy office. Mind blown!!! Well that was just about the most fun ever! I’m a content creator in addition to being a government employee who works in the most boring physical space ever. Seeing Vat19 gave me hope that there are cool, fun, colorful offices that get stuff done and make cash at the same time. It turns out you do t have to have plain walls and gray file cabinets to make a difference. Loved the studio space in all its artsy and messy glory. And I adored meeti g everyone and being in videos. I loved hearing about the process the company uses and can apply it to my own dream world too. Thanks for being willing to share. Now where is that stupid upside down penny?

Zero stars- item not delivered Zero stars! Waiting 6 weeks for my delivery now told its in its way back to us. No one knows why but it was undeliverable. Then was told I’d get a refund minus postage costs! Unbelievable! I would avoid as the customer service advisors don’t care.

Our experience was great Our experience was great! Our 4 kiddos had a blast and they loved seeing all the sets they see on the videos and the especially loved that they were able to purchase some of their favorite merchandise that they have seen on YouTube. It was amazing meeting Jaime but he was so busy (which is totally understandable) that we didn't get a chance to pose for pics with him. Other than that it was a great experience!
