GBLoved it Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

GBAbsolutly horrible cust svc for a lousy productThe first couple of time I ordered the… The first couple of time I ordered the Fireplace candles they were fine. Then I had two that left about 20% of the wax. The last has about 60%of the wax and no wicks left. I contacted customer service and they told me I was burning them the wrong way - my problem. The last few were burned the same as the first which had no issue. So I can just toss my last candles in the trash! These people now have a scrappy product and mock you by telling you how to burn they're lousy candel! STAY AWAY!!!

GBTerrible company Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

GBI just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.

GBZero stars- item not delivered Zero stars! Waiting 6 weeks for my delivery now told its in its way back to us. No one knows why but it was undeliverable. Then was told I’d get a refund minus postage costs! Unbelievable! I would avoid as the customer service advisors don’t care.
