And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. GBLoved it Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

GBMore than I ever expected! I don't know what I expected, honestly. Up until my son asked to visit Vat19 to celebrate his birthday, I didn't even realize the company operated out of St. Louis. When we visited the website to sign up, the description seems to suggest it's a fairly mundane experience; you're just walking through their warehouse and seeing some of their behind the scenes operations. "Manage expectations accordingly." Well, I was blown away. That description IS technically true, but wow... they really let us see everything and meet practically everybody! As a Mom with four teens, I'd been exposed to enough Vat19 videos to have a passing familiarity with some of the regular players on their videos. I didn't expect to meet them on the tour, much less for them to be so casual and welcoming with us. My son's birthday celebration wound up being one of our most memorable! Thank you so much for offering this!

GBZero stars- item not delivered Zero stars! Waiting 6 weeks for my delivery now told its in its way back to us. No one knows why but it was undeliverable. Then was told I’d get a refund minus postage costs! Unbelievable! I would avoid as the customer service advisors don’t care.

GBAbsolutly horrible cust svc for a lousy productThe first couple of time I ordered the… The first couple of time I ordered the Fireplace candles they were fine. Then I had two that left about 20% of the wax. The last has about 60%of the wax and no wicks left. I contacted customer service and they told me I was burning them the wrong way - my problem. The last few were burned the same as the first which had no issue. So I can just toss my last candles in the trash! These people now have a scrappy product and mock you by telling you how to burn they're lousy candel! STAY AWAY!!!
