We had such a blast! We had such a blast on our highly anticipated vat19 tour. The kids have been fans of the youtube videos, and had been begging to go buy some curiously awesome items that they had been wanting for a while. They really enjoyed meeting the cast members, and everyone couldn't have been any nicer.

Our 4 kiddos had a blast and they loved seeing all the sets they see on the videos and the especially loved that they were able to purchase some of their favorite merchandise that they have seen on YouTube. It was amazing meeting Jaime but he was so busy (which is totally understandable) that we didn't get a chance to pose for pics with him. Other than that it was a great experience!

Zero stars- item not delivered Zero stars! Waiting 6 weeks for my delivery now told its in its way back to us. No one knows why but it was undeliverable. Then was told I’d get a refund minus postage costs! Unbelievable! I would avoid as the customer service advisors don’t care.

Bought the 50$ mystery box Bought the 50$ mystery box but half the stuff is so low quality a badly printed wigly slug supposedly is worth almost 20$ but is terribly printed and doesn’t move correctly. And the other stuff just isn’t interesting and looks like old.

Terrible company Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
