Our 4 kiddos had a blast and they loved seeing all the sets they see on the videos and the especially loved that they were able to purchase some of their favorite merchandise that they have seen on YouTube. It was amazing meeting Jaime but he was so busy (which is totally understandable) that we didn't get a chance to pose for pics with him. Other than that it was a great experience!

Avoid this company Avoid this company. I ordered two separate mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, based on their repackaging dates. The boxes were the exact SAME, no mystery here, and the boys were incredibly disappointed, especially the second one to open his box. Company apologized for their mistake and said I could ship back at my expense less a 15% restocking for store credit. Truly deplorable to advertise overpriced cheap junk food and toys to kids and not stand behind your mistake. Avoid this company!

Bought the 50$ mystery box Bought the 50$ mystery box but half the stuff is so low quality a badly printed wigly slug supposedly is worth almost 20$ but is terribly printed and doesn’t move correctly. And the other stuff just isn’t interesting and looks like old.

Terrible company Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had such a blast! We had such a blast on our highly anticipated vat19 tour. The kids have been fans of the youtube videos, and had been begging to go buy some curiously awesome items that they had been wanting for a while. They really enjoyed meeting the cast members, and everyone couldn't have been any nicer.
