Our 4 kiddos had a blast and they loved seeing all the sets they see on the videos and the especially loved that they were able to purchase some of their favorite merchandise that they have seen on YouTube. It was amazing meeting Jaime but he was so busy (which is totally understandable) that we didn't get a chance to pose for pics with him. Other than that it was a great experience!

This was the best tour ever This was the best tour ever. Our granddaughters loved seeing the sets and meeting their YouTube friends in person. Everyone was beyond nice, signing autographs and letting us take pictures. Special surprises here and there made it even better. Anything we paid to buy things in the warehouse was worth it for such a perfect visit. Thank you, Jamie!

Zero stars- item not delivered Zero stars! Waiting 6 weeks for my delivery now told its in its way back to us. No one knows why but it was undeliverable. Then was told I’d get a refund minus postage costs! Unbelievable! I would avoid as the customer service advisors don’t care.

Avoid this company Avoid this company. I ordered two separate mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, based on their repackaging dates. The boxes were the exact SAME, no mystery here, and the boys were incredibly disappointed, especially the second one to open his box. Company apologized for their mistake and said I could ship back at my expense less a 15% restocking for store credit. Truly deplorable to advertise overpriced cheap junk food and toys to kids and not stand behind your mistake. Avoid this company!

Great Customer Service I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.
