Terrible company Terrible company. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund on dvoom backpack which does not work. They promised 2 months ago they would issue a refund if I closed my dispute with my credit card company which I did. I keep getting apologies with promises that they will issue refund soon as case is closed. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.

Bought the 50$ mystery box Bought the 50$ mystery box but half the stuff is so low quality a badly printed wigly slug supposedly is worth almost 20$ but is terribly printed and doesn’t move correctly. And the other stuff just isn’t interesting and looks like old.

Loved it Loved it, we got to see the behind some scenes stuff, on the tour, that we'll definitely notice in the videos we watch from now on. It won't take away from the experience of watching them either, it will absolutely make them more fun to watch no matter which ones they are. You even get the opportunity to shop the warehouse, we stuck to Vat19 label stuff to remember the day, but if you want what you see in videos they'll be more likely to have it than not. It was a great day with my Son.

I have ordered your small mystery box… I have ordered your small mystery box last April & it was full of fun, but I was very dissapointed in the mystery box I ordered my nephew this past August & so was he. There was no gummy fun products included, only Dr Pepper twizzlers which I could have bought for him at the dollar store. You say that what you get in the box is cheaper than buying the individual items, but that is only because you inflate the price of the items you sell.
