Wow! You can get stuff done in a not stuffy office. Mind blown!!! Well that was just about the most fun ever! I’m a content creator in addition to being a government employee who works in the most boring physical space ever. Seeing Vat19 gave me hope that there are cool, fun, colorful offices that get stuff done and make cash at the same time. It turns out you do t have to have plain walls and gray file cabinets to make a difference. Loved the studio space in all its artsy and messy glory. And I adored meeti g everyone and being in videos. It is only fair that I do a revised… It is only fair that I do a revised review on my prior review. I got a immediate response from vat19 and my problem was solved. I only wish that customer service would of been available when called , it would of made this process so much easier. Sometimes it's nice to speak to someone when you need assistance, instead of waiting for a email response. This was a gift card purchase that I wanted immediately for a gift.

Great Customer Service I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

Mystery Box Disappointment We purchased 2 mystery boxes for our kids for Christmas this year. We are located in Australia so the shipping was a killer but the kids really really wanted them. I'm disappointed in the products provided. It feels like you've just put the stuff in the boxes that don't sell well, mostly consumable food items. You have some really fun stuff on your website but I feel you've really missed the mark on these boxes. Even the packaging was a let down, just a plain brown box without a Vat19 in sight which for a young kid is half of the excitement, knowing that they've received a VAT19 Mystery Box.
