GBAbsolutly horrible cust svc for a lousy productThe first couple of time I ordered the… The first couple of time I ordered the Fireplace candles they were fine. Then I had two that left about 20% of the wax. The last has about 60%of the wax and no wicks left. I contacted customer service and they told me I was burning them the wrong way - my problem. The last few were burned the same as the first which had no issue. So I can just toss my last candles in the trash! These people now have a scrappy product and mock you by telling you how to burn they're lousy candel! STAY AWAY!!!

GBI just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.

GBThis was the best tour ever This was the best tour ever. Our granddaughters loved seeing the sets and meeting their YouTube friends in person. Everyone was beyond nice, signing autographs and letting us take pictures. Special surprises here and there made it even better. Anything we paid to buy things in the warehouse was worth it for such a perfect visit. Thank you, Jamie!
Fun With Kids
GBI have ordered your small mystery box… I have ordered your small mystery box last April & it was full of fun, but I was very dissapointed in the mystery box I ordered my nephew this past August & so was he. There was no gummy fun products included, only Dr Pepper twizzlers which I could have bought for him at the dollar store. You say that what you get in the box is cheaper than buying the individual items, but that is only because you inflate the price of the items you sell.

GBIt is only fair that I do a revised… It is only fair that I do a revised review on my prior review. I got a immediate response from vat19 and my problem was solved. I only wish that customer service would of been available when called , it would of made this process so much easier. Sometimes it's nice to speak to someone when you need assistance, instead of waiting for a email response. This was a gift card purchase that I wanted immediately for a gift.
