More than I ever expected! I don't know what I expected, honestly. Up until my son asked to visit Vat19 to celebrate his birthday, I didn't even realize the company operated out of St. Louis. When we visited the website to sign up, the description seems to suggest it's a fairly mundane experience; you're just walking through their warehouse and seeing some of their behind the scenes operations. "Manage expectations accordingly." Well, I was blown away. That description IS technically true, but wow... they really let us see everything and meet practically everybody! As a Mom with four teens, I'd been exposed to enough Vat19 videos to have a passing familiarity with some of the regular players on their videos. I didn't expect to meet them on the tour, much less for them to be so casual and welcoming with us. My son's birthday celebration wound up being one of our most memorable! Thank you so much for offering this!

Avoid this company Avoid this company. I ordered two separate mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, based on their repackaging dates. The boxes were the exact SAME, no mystery here, and the boys were incredibly disappointed, especially the second one to open his box. Company apologized for their mistake and said I could ship back at my expense less a 15% restocking for store credit. Truly deplorable to advertise overpriced cheap junk food and toys to kids and not stand behind your mistake. Avoid this company!

Great Customer Service I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

Mystery Box Disappointment We purchased 2 mystery boxes for our kids for Christmas this year. We are located in Australia so the shipping was a killer but the kids really really wanted them. I'm disappointed in the products provided. It feels like you've just put the stuff in the boxes that don't sell well, mostly consumable food items. You have some really fun stuff on your website but I feel you've really missed the mark on these boxes. Even the packaging was a let down, just a plain brown box without a Vat19 in sight which for a young kid is half of the excitement, knowing that they've received a VAT19 Mystery Box.

Wow! You can get stuff done in a not stuffy office. Mind blown!!! Well that was just about the most fun ever! I’m a content creator in addition to being a government employee who works in the most boring physical space ever. Seeing Vat19 gave me hope that there are cool, fun, colorful offices that get stuff done and make cash at the same time. It turns out you do t have to have plain walls and gray file cabinets to make a difference. Loved the studio space in all its artsy and messy glory. And I adored meeti g everyone and being in videos. I loved hearing about the process the company uses and can apply it to my own dream world too. Thanks for being willing to share. Now where is that stupid upside down penny?
