Great Customer Service I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of Christmas gifts, and it was stolen off our porch almost immediately after delivery. We contacted them, and Richard offered a refund or replacement without any questions, something they didn't have to do. It wasn't their fault, but they quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

What a guy Jamie is! Vat19 has stopped the risk of spreading coronavirus at their company by only having one person working in the warehouse (starting March 22,) and it is the president of the company! Also, I am very satisfied with the three orders I placed about two weeks ago. I loved the fun tour my nephew and I took last year.

Wow! You can get stuff done in a not stuffy office. Mind blown!!! Well that was just about the most fun ever! I’m a content creator in addition to being a government employee who works in the most boring physical space ever. Seeing Vat19 gave me hope that there are cool, fun, colorful offices that get stuff done and make cash at the same time. It turns out you do t have to have plain walls and gray file cabinets to make a difference. Loved the studio space in all its artsy and messy glory. And I adored meeti g everyone and being in videos. Our experience was great Our experience was great! Our 4 kiddos had a blast and they loved seeing all the sets they see on the videos and the especially loved that they were able to purchase some of their favorite merchandise that they have seen on YouTube. It was amazing meeting Jaime but he was so busy (which is totally understandable) that we didn't get a chance to pose for pics with him. Other than that it was a great experience!

I just recently ordered the large… I just recently ordered the large surprise box for the second time for my grandsons birthday. I was really disappointed in the items received. Total $107.00 = 3 different small balls some throwing cards and a few different eatable candies. Wont be doing that again.
