Defective Flag I ordered a full size flag. Took almost a month to arrive, little/no shipping updates provided. When the product arrived, it was defective (one side right side up, opposite side upside down). I've been requesting a refund for several days with no response.

The quality of the cup was excellent The quality of the cup was excellent, clean and sharp. Customer service was very attentive and poised to help. My one issue is with the delivery service, though the company is not to blame. Delivery took about three weeks. Apart from that I would buy from them again!

I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received !
