What they do not tell you!! They don’t tell you it takes a month to “make” the Clemson Crocs when they offer you expedited shipping for $14.95. Then when they FINALLY ship there’s tracking but you have to pay for the app and they did not arrive in 2 business days as promised. The size runs really big for a womens 9 too. They also ignore your emails. Buyer beware!

Not happy I waited much longer to receive my clogs due to wear house issues. When I finally received them the quality of the clogs were garbage. They are not the usual thickness of what clogs usually are , also the picture of my dog is not like it appears on the order I put in the front on the clogs have large holes that distort the picture. I’m very unhappy and I never complain about anything I’m usually very happy but these clogs are not at all what I expected!

Great Customer Service !!! I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! Defective Flag I ordered a full size flag. Took almost a month to arrive, little/no shipping updates provided. When the product arrived, it was defective (one side right side up, opposite side upside down). I've been requesting a refund for several days with no response.
