Defective Flag I ordered a full size flag. Took almost a month to arrive, little/no shipping updates provided. When the product arrived, it was defective (one side right side up, opposite side upside down). I've been requesting a refund for several days with no response.

I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! A Father's Day gift I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day, he absolutely loved it. The shirt looks and feels great. The added photo looks amazing, so much so, that I ordered a second one with a different picture.

Was very happy with the hat I ordered… Was very happy with the hat I ordered with an uploaded picture of my dog. Quality was perfect. My husband loved the hat. Be prepared for shipping delays if your ordering for a special reason. Its not the stores fault its the shipping industry in general.
