Customer service and communication A+ Ordered a personalized t-shirt and hat. The tshirt came in time for Father’s Day, and he loves it! (He never likes anything I get him) I waited another week and a half, then dug through my emails till I found the original email. I was worried because it said the hat arrived with the shirt, but I got a response in less than 12 hours and found out the hat takes a little longer and will come shortly. A+ for customer service and another A+ for product

Was very happy with the hat I ordered… Was very happy with the hat I ordered with an uploaded picture of my dog. Quality was perfect. My husband loved the hat. Be prepared for shipping delays if your ordering for a special reason. Its not the stores fault its the shipping industry in general.
