Was very happy with the hat I ordered… Was very happy with the hat I ordered with an uploaded picture of my dog. Quality was perfect. My husband loved the hat. Be prepared for shipping delays if your ordering for a special reason. Its not the stores fault its the shipping industry in general.

I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! BUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! ORDERED 8 custom pet ornaments received two, very small cant even read. Never received the remaining 6. Tracking states my order is complete. Sent 7 emails, no reply. Calling my CC company today to dispute. Waste of $131.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS COMPANY!!!!
