GBSub-standard product & Zero Customer Service 9 days for product to arrive - I paid for shipping. Lampe oil would not light candle/wick. Tried 3 new wicks and still no flame. Oil is sub-standard...not enough isopropyl alcohol in it. Sent 2 emails to company....no response. Called 25+ times, left messages, still no call back. Horrible customer service.
