GBCards sent blank to wrong addresses Ordered 3 personalized cards to 3 different households on different days, and all 3 cards were sent to my house without any of the personalization I paid for. Lovepop was "looking into it" but beware if you need the cards to actually be delivered to the correct house with your notes.

GBShipping is awful - order never arrived. I placed an order for over $100 on January 1. This is the first order I have ever placed with Lovepop. Shipping was free and the order ships from Texas to NY...apparently it is lost in limbo still not here after almost two weeks. They say 3-5 business days , it's now 9 business days. They have no answer. Lovepop wants to ship a replacement order out. I asked for a refund. DO YOURSELF a favor and order from some other "pop up" company. READ all the reviews - this Company doesn't appreciate the customer!

GBBad taste in my mouth.. The card was smaller than expected, no big deal.. But I was "upsold" on a surprise gift for $5. I couldn't opt out, no worries.. I bought the card anyway. My girlfriend received the birthday card but never received the surprise gift. Summary: Cool product, I was involuntarily upsold a surprise gift that she never received,, This left a bad taste in my month.. Great product but felt like a sleazy tactic if I couldn't opt out of an upsell the i never received,

GBPurchased through TikTok but Still Great Quality I heard of Love pop through TikTok and purchased the valentines pop up roses and the hydrangea bouquet flowers. They came before Valentine’s Day and came well wrapped/protected. The only thing I would say is if you’re purchasing through Tiktok, there was an option to pay an extra dollar to see the delivery process but I never received a link or anything so dollar wasted but in the grand scheme of things it was worth it. Cant speak for any experience from buying directly from the website. Overall would Highly recommend.

GBNever again The card went from 1 hour away from the destination to another state, then back to the 1 hour away from the destination location & then sat in the Post Office for days, going nowhere. They promised to send an overnight replacement when I called on a Thursday. Tracking on the replacement shows expected delivery on Monday. That's definitely not "overnight". Apparently, they're liars on top of everything else. If that's not enought-the credit card I used for the transaction was also mysteriously compromised after using it on their website.
