GBOh absolutely disappointed Oh absolutely disappointed. I placed an order on February 1 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. And it has still not delivered. Today is February 17. And as you know, of course, I got a refund, very very very disappointed with this. And I'm reading the reviews from the past and it's showing the same exact thing. Do better and instead of blaming it on weather delay, is there anything. Make sure things are delivered on time because you are given a two week notice because I understand the delays happen but the fact that I'm seeing a lot of reviews for Valentine's Day giving you a one star, I don't think it's the weathers fault at this point.

GBI’ve purchased Christmas cards for two… I’ve purchased Christmas cards for two years and was ready to make an order, however their website cannot subtract or add?????? I tried several times and no luck. One… says 5 cards for 50 but it’s listed as 51.00. I supposedly got a 15% discount and it is listed as a correct promo code but does not subtract it from the amount, Very disappointed so I won’t be ordering if they can’t get the prices correct

GBShipping is awful - order never arrived. I placed an order for over $100 on January 1. This is the first order I have ever placed with Lovepop. Shipping was free and the order ships from Texas to NY...apparently it is lost in limbo still not here after almost two weeks. They say 3-5 business days , it's now 9 business days. They have no answer. Lovepop wants to ship a replacement order out. I asked for a refund. DO YOURSELF a favor and order from some other "pop up" company. READ all the reviews - this Company doesn't appreciate the customer!

GBThe problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. Respectfully, Rodney Knolton Memphis, Tn.

GBWhat are they thinking? They thought it would be a good idea to address my wife's anniversary card to her own name and then alert her of the shipment so she could open it several days early, absolutely deflating the moment and the other gifts I had planned. Ten year anniversary completely ruined! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RECKLESS CLOWNS
