Love Lovepop! I have just purchased several cards because of their unique creativeness. Each card gives emotions that make you feel uplifted. I bought seven cards so far. And each one is fantastic as the next. I bought two for myself of hummingbirds. I display them on my living room table for color and uniqueness. I have gotten so many compliments. Many who saw them also are now customers of Lovepop. Keep creating you put smiles and surprises on the faces of many.

What are they thinking? They thought it would be a good idea to address my wife's anniversary card to her own name and then alert her of the shipment so she could open it several days early, absolutely deflating the moment and the other gifts I had planned. Ten year anniversary completely ruined! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RECKLESS CLOWNS

Epic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.

The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. slow to deliver slow to deliver, but do provide unhelpful customer service. May have been great years ago, but customer service reported shipped week ago while tracking shows not yet sent. I reached out a few days prior (from order last week)and was surprised when told tracking provided was not accurate as the 6$ i paid for shipping one card did not include tracking. Cards are cute, but service and transparency lacking especially when promos came out days later with free shipping for valentines day (irony).
