The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. Oh absolutely disappointed Oh absolutely disappointed. I placed an order on February 1 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. And it has still not delivered. Today is February 17. And as you know, of course, I got a refund, very very very disappointed with this. And I'm reading the reviews from the past and it's showing the same exact thing. Do better and instead of blaming it on weather delay, is there anything. Make sure things are delivered on time because you are given a two week notice because I understand the delays happen but the fact that I'm seeing a lot of reviews for Valentine's Day giving you a one star, I don't think it's the weathers fault at this point.

These cards NEVER disappoint These cards NEVER disappoint. They are always unique and beautifully put together. Most have an inset you can write a personal message on. Many of the people I send them to are so delighted they keep them out on display all year long and several have asked where I found the cards. I'm always glad to share the information! 10 stars +++

Epic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.

FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.
