Cards sent blank to wrong addresses Ordered 3 personalized cards to 3 different households on different days, and all 3 cards were sent to my house without any of the personalization I paid for. Lovepop was "looking into it" but beware if you need the cards to actually be delivered to the correct house with your notes.

What are they thinking? They thought it would be a good idea to address my wife's anniversary card to her own name and then alert her of the shipment so she could open it several days early, absolutely deflating the moment and the other gifts I had planned. Ten year anniversary completely ruined! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RECKLESS CLOWNS

FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.

A Nativity Advent Calendar enhanced scene. I got my wife the Nativity Advent Calendar. She displayed it on an old buffet. She enhanced it with a tan sheet to simulate desert, and a black and grey pattern fabric for the "road." The mirror on the cover was covered with dark blue wrapping paper, and silver stars glued to it. A few "extra" animals enhanced the view. I took photos when it was completed on Christmas Day. I'll upload them to the Lovepop Facebook page if allowed. I've been buying Lovepop cards for a couple of years now. Great cards, everyone who gets them is suitably impressed! Thanks, Phil Bronner

Purchased through TikTok but Still Great Quality I heard of Love pop through TikTok and purchased the valentines pop up roses and the hydrangea bouquet flowers. They came before Valentine’s Day and came well wrapped/protected. The only thing I would say is if you’re purchasing through Tiktok, there was an option to pay an extra dollar to see the delivery process but I never received a link or anything so dollar wasted but in the grand scheme of things it was worth it. Cant speak for any experience from buying directly from the website. Overall would Highly recommend.
