Bad taste in my mouth.. The card was smaller than expected, no big deal.. But I was "upsold" on a surprise gift for $5. I couldn't opt out, no worries.. I bought the card anyway. My girlfriend received the birthday card but never received the surprise gift. Summary: Cool product, I was involuntarily upsold a surprise gift that she never received,, This left a bad taste in my month.. Great product but felt like a sleazy tactic if I couldn't opt out of an upsell the i never received,

Never again The card went from 1 hour away from the destination to another state, then back to the 1 hour away from the destination location & then sat in the Post Office for days, going nowhere. They promised to send an overnight replacement when I called on a Thursday. Tracking on the replacement shows expected delivery on Monday. That's definitely not "overnight". Apparently, they're liars on top of everything else. If that's not enought-the credit card I used for the transaction was also mysteriously compromised after using it on their website.

The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. These cards NEVER disappoint These cards NEVER disappoint. They are always unique and beautifully put together. Most have an inset you can write a personal message on. Many of the people I send them to are so delighted they keep them out on display all year long and several have asked where I found the cards. I'm always glad to share the information! 10 stars +++

slow to deliver slow to deliver, but do provide unhelpful customer service. May have been great years ago, but customer service reported shipped week ago while tracking shows not yet sent. I reached out a few days prior (from order last week)and was surprised when told tracking provided was not accurate as the 6$ i paid for shipping one card did not include tracking. Cards are cute, but service and transparency lacking especially when promos came out days later with free shipping for valentines day (irony).
