My family loves these cards This year due to financial and personal hardships, I was not able to send out Christmas cards to my family or friend's for the first time. Luckily I still had Christmas cards I had purchased prior from you and got to hand deliver them to my 3 sisters who live here near me and some individual family members who live nearby and friend too. They all received different cards and just loved them. I told them the cards were my gift. Along with a few things I picked up during the year I was happy what I could do. Never again The card went from 1 hour away from the destination to another state, then back to the 1 hour away from the destination location & then sat in the Post Office for days, going nowhere. They promised to send an overnight replacement when I called on a Thursday. Tracking on the replacement shows expected delivery on Monday. That's definitely not "overnight". Apparently, they're liars on top of everything else. If that's not enought-the credit card I used for the transaction was also mysteriously compromised after using it on their website.

Epic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.

Idk where my order is If you want your card to come on time for the occasion then don’t bother ordering from here as I ordered a Valentine’s Day card and it’s still hasn’t arrived after being dispatched 10 days ago. So no card on Valentine’s Day which is a disappointment. I’ve emailed them and the emails I get back are just the same copy and pasted ones. I just want my refund now as Valentine’s Day is over. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here if you actually want your order to arrive. EDIT: I have received a refund thank you.

Purchased through TikTok but Still Great Quality I heard of Love pop through TikTok and purchased the valentines pop up roses and the hydrangea bouquet flowers. They came before Valentine’s Day and came well wrapped/protected. The only thing I would say is if you’re purchasing through Tiktok, there was an option to pay an extra dollar to see the delivery process but I never received a link or anything so dollar wasted but in the grand scheme of things it was worth it. Cant speak for any experience from buying directly from the website. Overall would Highly recommend.
