Idk where my order is If you want your card to come on time for the occasion then don’t bother ordering from here as I ordered a Valentine’s Day card and it’s still hasn’t arrived after being dispatched 10 days ago. So no card on Valentine’s Day which is a disappointment. I’ve emailed them and the emails I get back are just the same copy and pasted ones. I just want my refund now as Valentine’s Day is over. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here if you actually want your order to arrive. EDIT: I have received a refund thank you.

Bad taste in my mouth.. The card was smaller than expected, no big deal.. But I was "upsold" on a surprise gift for $5. I couldn't opt out, no worries.. I bought the card anyway. My girlfriend received the birthday card but never received the surprise gift. Summary: Cool product, I was involuntarily upsold a surprise gift that she never received,, This left a bad taste in my month.. Great product but felt like a sleazy tactic if I couldn't opt out of an upsell the i never received,

The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. What are they thinking? They thought it would be a good idea to address my wife's anniversary card to her own name and then alert her of the shipment so she could open it several days early, absolutely deflating the moment and the other gifts I had planned. Ten year anniversary completely ruined! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RECKLESS CLOWNS

FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.
