Epic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.

slow to deliver slow to deliver, but do provide unhelpful customer service. May have been great years ago, but customer service reported shipped week ago while tracking shows not yet sent. I reached out a few days prior (from order last week)and was surprised when told tracking provided was not accurate as the 6$ i paid for shipping one card did not include tracking. Cards are cute, but service and transparency lacking especially when promos came out days later with free shipping for valentines day (irony).

The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. Quick Arrival Personalized cards with photo messages arrived 2 days after ordering. Other cards I ordered arrived the next day. Lovely cards!

FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.
