The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. Epic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.

FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.

Purchased through TikTok but Still Great Quality I heard of Love pop through TikTok and purchased the valentines pop up roses and the hydrangea bouquet flowers. They came before Valentine’s Day and came well wrapped/protected. The only thing I would say is if you’re purchasing through Tiktok, there was an option to pay an extra dollar to see the delivery process but I never received a link or anything so dollar wasted but in the grand scheme of things it was worth it. Cant speak for any experience from buying directly from the website. Overall would Highly recommend.

Love Lovepop! I have just purchased several cards because of their unique creativeness. Each card gives emotions that make you feel uplifted. I bought seven cards so far. And each one is fantastic as the next. I bought two for myself of hummingbirds. I display them on my living room table for color and uniqueness. I have gotten so many compliments. Many who saw them also are now customers of Lovepop. Keep creating you put smiles and surprises on the faces of many.
