GBDisney Springs Location I visited the one at Disney Springs, Orlando. Very inviting, clean, well lit, well displayed and interactive. I signed up for text/email and received a nice enticement offer. I just made a big sale and I want a simple, yet memorable "Thank You" gift for the lady. She loves butterflies and the Butterfly bouquet was perfect. I ordered it using the $2.99 shipping option and I got it in about a week. Perfectly acceptable. But I also bought another item that won't be shipped until Oct 24 (Christmas related). I didn't know if they would ship out the Butterfly one now or wait until October. This was my first order. I emailed the question and had a reply in within 10 minutes. I will be a return customer.

GBBad taste in my mouth.. The card was smaller than expected, no big deal.. But I was "upsold" on a surprise gift for $5. I couldn't opt out, no worries.. I bought the card anyway. My girlfriend received the birthday card but never received the surprise gift. Summary: Cool product, I was involuntarily upsold a surprise gift that she never received,, This left a bad taste in my month.. Great product but felt like a sleazy tactic if I couldn't opt out of an upsell the i never received,

GBNever again The card went from 1 hour away from the destination to another state, then back to the 1 hour away from the destination location & then sat in the Post Office for days, going nowhere. They promised to send an overnight replacement when I called on a Thursday. Tracking on the replacement shows expected delivery on Monday. That's definitely not "overnight". Apparently, they're liars on top of everything else. If that's not enought-the credit card I used for the transaction was also mysteriously compromised after using it on their website.

GBEpic Fail Even this review on failing has now been done three times. Each failure makes me more angry and further questioning the wisdom of working with this company at all.besides being placed on permahold when calling in, I still don't know if my password and email were going to work. I cold just scream wit frustration.
