The problem was with the fact that my…Missing Mother's Day Purchases The problem was with the fact that my social security check won't be deposited in my bank until May 3rd & I needed two Mother's Day cards delivered to the Memphis, Tn. area. The cost to have both shipped in time was cost prohibitive for me. (Not the fault of Love Pop.) Everyone in my family now, sort of, expects to receive a Love Pop card on birthdays or holidays because that's all I send. I just wanted you to know why I can't make my usual purchase this holiday. FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.

Love Lovepop! I have just purchased several cards because of their unique creativeness. Each card gives emotions that make you feel uplifted. I bought seven cards so far. And each one is fantastic as the next. I bought two for myself of hummingbirds. I display them on my living room table for color and uniqueness. I have gotten so many compliments. Many who saw them also are now customers of Lovepop. Keep creating you put smiles and surprises on the faces of many.

slow to deliver slow to deliver, but do provide unhelpful customer service. May have been great years ago, but customer service reported shipped week ago while tracking shows not yet sent. I reached out a few days prior (from order last week)and was surprised when told tracking provided was not accurate as the 6$ i paid for shipping one card did not include tracking. Cards are cute, but service and transparency lacking especially when promos came out days later with free shipping for valentines day (irony).

These cards NEVER disappoint These cards NEVER disappoint. They are always unique and beautifully put together. Most have an inset you can write a personal message on. Many of the people I send them to are so delighted they keep them out on display all year long and several have asked where I found the cards. I'm always glad to share the information! 10 stars +++
