My family loves these cards This year due to financial and personal hardships, I was not able to send out Christmas cards to my family or friend's for the first time. Luckily I still had Christmas cards I had purchased prior from you and got to hand deliver them to my 3 sisters who live here near me and some individual family members who live nearby and friend too. They all received different cards and just loved them. I told them the cards were my gift. Along with a few things I picked up during the year I was happy what I could do. FAIL - No birthday wishes for Mom and Auntie. I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.

Never again The card went from 1 hour away from the destination to another state, then back to the 1 hour away from the destination location & then sat in the Post Office for days, going nowhere. They promised to send an overnight replacement when I called on a Thursday. Tracking on the replacement shows expected delivery on Monday. That's definitely not "overnight". Apparently, they're liars on top of everything else. If that's not enought-the credit card I used for the transaction was also mysteriously compromised after using it on their website.

A Nativity Advent Calendar enhanced scene. I got my wife the Nativity Advent Calendar. She displayed it on an old buffet. She enhanced it with a tan sheet to simulate desert, and a black and grey pattern fabric for the "road." The mirror on the cover was covered with dark blue wrapping paper, and silver stars glued to it. A few "extra" animals enhanced the view. I took photos when it was completed on Christmas Day. I'll upload them to the Lovepop Facebook page if allowed. I've been buying Lovepop cards for a couple of years now. Great cards, everyone who gets them is suitably impressed! Thanks, Phil Bronner

Oh absolutely disappointed Oh absolutely disappointed. I placed an order on February 1 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. And it has still not delivered. Today is February 17. And as you know, of course, I got a refund, very very very disappointed with this. And I'm reading the reviews from the past and it's showing the same exact thing. Do better and instead of blaming it on weather delay, is there anything. Make sure things are delivered on time because you are given a two week notice because I understand the delays happen but the fact that I'm seeing a lot of reviews for Valentine's Day giving you a one star, I don't think it's the weathers fault at this point.
