fraud gift card and slow review/refund process I use to have good experience with this website and bough a couple good giftcards from them before. I recently have purchased a plastic gift card that should worth $200, but within a month when i went in store for purchases they told me the account of this card was closed. How embarrassing. I called the customer service of the giftcard issuer, they told me the original transaction to purchase the giftcard was not authorized by the credit card bank. I told GCR about it, mailed the card back for refund and more than 3 weeks has passed but there is no answer nor refund! I think GCR just lost my trust...

Still waiting Had an gift card I wasn't going to use so decided to try giftcardrescue.com. They offered me basically 1/2 the face value and I thought something is better than nothing. I followed the procedures and was to receive a check. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting. I have emailed and get an auto response stating they will reply in one to two days but a week later still no reply or check.

Terrible Customer Service I ordered four Kohl's cards in one order. Two of the cards were bad. It took me forever to get the customer service rep to take care of what was their mistake. I always spoke to the same person so I am guessing it is a one man operation. It took two months for me to receive credit. I chose to take credit on my account instead of payment back to my credit card because they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. I was told I would receive the credit the following day. It never came and I had to contact them again. Finally in a week it arrive. I cannot recommend Gift Card Rescue because of the huge delay in making things right.

THIEVES! THIS company is a bunch of thieves! i sold them a gift card in may and now the company is shut down for good! I tried contacting them about this issue numerous times and was told my check was lost in the mail and they would reissue it. I talked to someone after waiting another month and they hung up on me! How is this even legal? i want my money or my gift card back! This company is a joke! I will file a police report and contact a lawyer! they are not getting away with this!
