Too many emails; Lack of Advertised Cards You are sending me 3-5 different emails per day - WAY TOO MANY! You advertise gift cards, when I look (usually intermediately), ther are NONE of the desire advertised cards available (i.e. Home Depot, Walmart, Marshals, Target), at almost there may be a few electronic only cards. STOP advertising what you don't have a adequate stock of!

Excellent buyer experience I have purchased discounted gift cards from Gift Card Rescue for several years. They continue to improve their service and are very competitive with other secondary market sellers. I have never sold them cards, so I am not familiar with that part of their business.

$250 purchase limit of electronic gift cards is frustrating The purchase limit of $250/mo for electronic gift cards is annoying. There should be an option to provide more info to waive or increase the limit especially for businesses. Faster delivery would be nice too.

Unresponsive Customer Service GiftCardRescue.com has really competitive pricing on discounted gift cards. I am dissatisfied with their customer service. After emailing to check in on what looked like a double-withdrawal from my credit card account, I received an automated response saying someone would get in touch with me in a couple days. No response, no anything. The burden of challenging double charges shouldn't be on the burden of the customer. Period.
