GBExtremely slow for processing I have sold my gift cards to GCR 16 days ago. I mailed my gc out the same day as the selling order was created. So far, I still haven't got any update from them. If this is other gc exchange website, I would already have got paid by now, while GCR cannot even confirm that they have received my gift cards.

GBToo many emails; Lack of Advertised Cards You are sending me 3-5 different emails per day - WAY TOO MANY! You advertise gift cards, when I look (usually intermediately), ther are NONE of the desire advertised cards available (i.e. Home Depot, Walmart, Marshals, Target), at almost there may be a few electronic only cards. STOP advertising what you don't have a adequate stock of!

GBzero customer service If there is a problem with getting a bad card, or batch of bad cards, and sometimes there is, they will not respond to emails or phone calls. No matter how many you send, not even automated responses. I have had problems for about 4 months getting these guys to refund bad cards. $2000 worth. When the cards work, they are fine, but for the savings and convienience it has it's downfalls

GBStill waiting Had an gift card I wasn't going to use so decided to try giftcardrescue.com. They offered me basically 1/2 the face value and I thought something is better than nothing. I followed the procedures and was to receive a check. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting. I have emailed and get an auto response stating they will reply in one to two days but a week later still no reply or check.

GBTerrible Experience 2nd time around. I have used this company twice. The first time it took about 2 months to receive payment that I sent to them with 2 follow up calls. The second time I sent cards to them it took four months to receive payment after 6 emails, numerous phone calls during which I either could not get ahold of someone during normal business hours OR the person that I did get ahold of was extremely rude through the process. All-in-all, the process was unacceptable and lacked anything that resembled customer service. I recommend that you do not use this company at all.
