fraud gift card and slow review/refund process I use to have good experience with this website and bough a couple good giftcards from them before. I recently have purchased a plastic gift card that should worth $200, but within a month when i went in store for purchases they told me the account of this card was closed. How embarrassing. I called the customer service of the giftcard issuer, they told me the original transaction to purchase the giftcard was not authorized by the credit card bank. I told GCR about it, mailed the card back for refund and more than 3 weeks has passed but there is no answer nor refund! I think GCR just lost my trust...

zero customer service If there is a problem with getting a bad card, or batch of bad cards, and sometimes there is, they will not respond to emails or phone calls. No matter how many you send, not even automated responses. I have had problems for about 4 months getting these guys to refund bad cards. $2000 worth. When the cards work, they are fine, but for the savings and convienience it has it's downfalls

Hesitant at First At first I purchased a low dollar amount to see how it worked. The cards arrived with the dollar amount stated. I ended up saving around 10% on my new floors by purchasing Lowe's cards. No problem using them at the register but I did contact Lowe's before trying to verify. I saved over $400 dollars on my floors using GiftCardRescue!

Still waiting Had an gift card I wasn't going to use so decided to try giftcardrescue.com. They offered me basically 1/2 the face value and I thought something is better than nothing. I followed the procedures and was to receive a check. Six weeks later and I'm still waiting. I have emailed and get an auto response stating they will reply in one to two days but a week later still no reply or check.

THIEVES! THIS company is a bunch of thieves! i sold them a gift card in may and now the company is shut down for good! I tried contacting them about this issue numerous times and was told my check was lost in the mail and they would reissue it. I talked to someone after waiting another month and they hung up on me! How is this even legal? i want my money or my gift card back! This company is a joke! I will file a police report and contact a lawyer! they are not getting away with this!
