DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM After shipping delays “apparently” I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it wasn’t going to make it in time as a gift. They kept sending a email apologising for the delay and never addressing my request until the 6th attempt when they said it’s been shipped and provided tracking. They then said they’ll issue me a return envelope. The item never arrived despite tracking saying it did. I was home the whole day. I even have a parcel Locker at my address. No evidence it arrived such as a picture of where it was left either. I asked for a refund again due to this and then repeatedly send an email saying it was sent here can you confirm you got it?

Not a scam, just bad customer support. Actually not a scam, at least not to me. I got two emails about the package being delayed, they never did answer when i sent emails to them but i did get the package after a little over 1 month even though Ive read people have had to wait several and/or have not gotten their package at all. The customer support is trash but the product looked and worked very well and everything was spelled correctly.

Scam Really doubt this company actually exists. To me after more than a month waiting, all I got was a tracker of a package that wasn’t even mine. Scam ! Update: after 7 weeks the order arrived , so no scam after all, just not the fastest in order processing. Too late for the birthday present though …

This is 100% a scam company This is 100% a scam company. Now that I've looked at their Terms of Service, it's just a bad copy paste job, and includes none of the pertinent information to identify the company. I've demanded a refund, and threatened a report to US Consumer Services. Probably won't do anything, but evil people like this shouldn't get away with it.

I ordered an item from Love For Art 10… I ordered an item from Love For Art 10 days in advance, for it to be delivered for our anniversary with my partner. It’s been almost 30 days and order still hasn’t been delivered. I would actively not recommend you to order from Love For Art if you don’t want to be disappointed. This approach to customers is unacceptable.
