Paper burns in the wand, quickly filling the wand with gunk and stopping it from working after around the second attempt. They have a ten day from delivery return policy so have paid £60 for a faulty wand that doesn't work. They will not allow me to return it as we waited until Christmas to open it. Avoid buying as this is overpriced and does not work as advertised.

Unfortunately can't give 0 stars Unfortunately can give 0 stars. My sister in law ordered the wand for my daughters birthday. It stopped working on day 2 of use having been fired less than 10 times. Emailed customer support to be told the warranty the wand for 15 days only, from date of arrival of order. It sat for nearly 2 weeks unopened before her birthday. Shocking product and worse customer service! AVOID!!!

Absolute scam Absolute scam ! I bought this for my son for Christmas. It cost £60 and took weeks to arrive. It wasn’t opened until Christmas and the button was loose making the wand unusable. I emailed them only to be told as others have said that it had to be reported within 10 days. They are now ignoring emails. It’s disgusting. I luckily paid by PayPal and am hoping that they can sort. How this company can continue trading is crazy. I would definitely avoid buying from this website.
