GBWand does not work properly Wand does not work properly, does not fire paper out from wand. Paper burns in the wand, quickly filling the wand with gunk and stopping it from working after around the second attempt. They have a ten day from delivery return policy so have paid £60 for a faulty wand that doesn't work. They will not allow me to return it as we waited until Christmas to open it. Avoid buying as this is overpriced and does not work as advertised.

GBAbsolute scam Absolute scam ! I bought this for my son for Christmas. It cost £60 and took weeks to arrive. It wasn’t opened until Christmas and the button was loose making the wand unusable. I emailed them only to be told as others have said that it had to be reported within 10 days. They are now ignoring emails. It’s disgusting. I luckily paid by PayPal and am hoping that they can sort. How this company can continue trading is crazy. I would definitely avoid buying from this website.

IEAvoid at all costs. Avoid at all costs. Refusal to fix faulty product. False advertising. Based in Delaware USA. Clearly states made with love in california on thier website but the returns address is in Guangdong Province China.... not that it matters as they will refuse to repace their faulty merchandise anyway. Avoid at all costs.

GBTrash product with worse customer service The Snape wand sat unused in the original packaging because I was going to use it for Halloween last year. I used it 3 times and it burnt out. Literally smoking as the plastic inside melted. I contacted the company about trying to repair it and their only response was "Hi John, We are sorry to hear this. Our return policy is available in the footer of our website, and by placing an order in our store, you automatically agree to these terms. This implies that you have a period of 10 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. But you can try to fix it or find any place where the professional can do it. If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please feel free to reach out. Best regards" Didn't bother even reading my email. Just a blanket get lost response.
