Ridiculousness Have waited over 3 months for a $130 dollar piece of wall art to be shipped out. The Tracking information was never updated as they said it would be 2 months in. still says “waiting for shipment”. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times in the last 2 weeks to see if at this point we can just cancel the order and be refunded and have been ignored.

Doberman Blanket Doberman Blanket I bought a cute doberman fleece blanket. I was excited to give it to my sister in law who has a doberman. However, I was so disappointed when I received the blanket. It said it was fleece but it is lighter than a sweatshirt. It is also so small it wouldn't even cover 1 person. Beware of the return policy. Read the description carefully because you can only get a refund if the shipment is damaged or the blanket is misprinted.

BUYER BEWARE! My jersey came with misspelled words in big bold letters and I asked for a refund and was told all I could get back is $15!!! I sent them the picture of the jersey, they admitted their incompetency but apologized but still will not refund my money! I look like a moron wearing a jersey with misspelled huge letters. This is a great reason to BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS!!!! At least you'll get a proper refund especially when the company messed up your order!!

This is absolutely the worst company ! This is absolutely the worst company !! I purchached a canvas print from them which took over a week to get and once I finally did receive it the quality was horrible ! I contacted customer service by email and waited days for a response. When they finally did respond they wanted to see picture of the problem areas so I sent the pictures they requested. Then after going back and forth with emails they finally decided to refund $10 of the $70 I paid for the canvas and said they couldn't control the way the picture looked. Now they want me to keep this crappy picture that I can't use because the quality is so bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company !!!!!!
