Highly recommend! I was really scared to purchase wedding dress online and after reading some of the reviews here, I was even scared to purchase from this website. Well somehow I found there really beautiful dress, so I gave it a try and I was positively surprised what arrived. Due some complications when my dress were first mis-shipped, which just can happened, I am so happy they are already with me :). The communication with the customer service was really good and professional, and they were really apologetic and helpful to get my dress to me as soon as possible. The dress arrived and I am just impressed of the look. They look exactly like the picture and after little alternations, they will just look amazing for my day. (When the day finally comes). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered bridesmaids dresses from this site and the color was nothing like what was pictured. I emailed them and sent pictures of the dress color as pictured on their website versus what they sent me; they basically said the colors can vary depending on what fabric is used even though I ordered the exact same fabric as the pictures. They also said if I wasn’t satisfied I could order new dresses. Their response was short and seemed completely dismissive. I responded to ask if they were going to refund me for the for dresses I already purchased if I ordered new ones and asked what color I could order that would actually look like dress they pictured. No response. Do not trust your special day to these people. They do not care if they ruin your wedding.

Stunning Absolutely stunning. The dress fit exactly to the standard size specs listed. Although you can opt for custom sizing. The processing and delivery time was almost exactly the time frame explained on the website. The material and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Ordering online and from overseas can be scary, online reviews are difficult to sift through, I spent hours on not only their website but review websites and other dress websites. I cannot think of one item that I could show any displeasure with. We are getting married in Vegas and I didn't want to spend a small fortune on my dress, but when I opened the package all I felt was WOW, what an amazing bargain.

Don’t order from them I ordered a dress during the pandemic and because I didn’t return it in 5 business days they will not let me return it. Also there is no phone number to contact and they only reply to emails with the generic response. I’m stuck with a dress that does not fit and paid $175 for it.

BUYER BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!! Do NOT purchase unless you know 100% that you will not need to make ANY changes. After purchasing my dress, I found out I was pregnant. When I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange the dress I received a general response "Your order is past the 5 day exchange mark.." aka NO. That was it, that was all I received after sending a long, detailed email about how I love the dress but just wanted to exchange it. After FOUR more attempts at contacting them I finally sent a negative email saying that this was awful customer service and asked to speak with a manager, Jenny Foley (who offers the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, both online and in person, not to mention poor use of a comma) replied with "your order, it is not eligible for return, and your case is closed" That's it. That's all. No trying to work with a pregnant woman, just pure and blatant rudeness. Unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
