Far surpasses my expectations Just received my daughter’s wedding gown. It is spectacular! I was so Leary of ordering a dress online. Especially since reading some of the reviews made me feel really uneasy about it and she couldn’t try it on before purchasing it to be sure that she liked it on her body. She had fallen in love with one of their gowns and just had to have it. It far surpasses anything that I had expected.

Inexpensive, quality, and pleased 100% I looked online for my beach style wedding dress. Although a Model makes anything look beautiful, I did find and order my dream dress! I followed the local seamstress' advice and recvd the dress 6 months before my wedding, fitted 3 times and my last fitting 2 weeks before leaving for Mexico had final alterations made. The seamstress couldnt believe the quality and the detail of "beading" on my dress. I am just so Pleased with the dress I ordered from an online website. Unreal! Thx again!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR! I ordered a dress, and was out of town when it arrived at my parents house. It did not look anything like the picture, was very shoddy creaftmanship, (has small strings hanging from it everywhere) and just plain did not even fit. As I missed their very short "5 day" return window. I was treated like a criminal and told I would not be able to return or exchange the item. I had contacted them within 5 business days which is standard practice, and they still refused... only offering me a $20 credit towards another purchase. After seeing the 1st purchase, I would not risk my time or money with another purchase from this site. Ordered a custom made dress from [External Reference] that came in 2 weeks, was 10 times the quality and craftsmanship and same price. In Wedding Dress needs to learn some customer service skills!

Buyer Beware: Buyer Beware: 1. It takes 4 weeks for your order to arrive. 2. The dress and embellishments won’t look anything like the online photo. 3. The fit will be wrong even if you provide professionally taken measurements. 4. Returns are a hassle with a 30% restocking fee plus shipping.

You get what you pay for Got my dress and even though I sent my measurements in to them, it fits horrible. The dress itself looks like cheap version of the one in the picture. Even the flower on the sash of the dress looks different. My mom thought they had sent me the wrong dress that's how bad it looks. Now I'm headed to the seamstress to try and get it fixed. Do yourself a favor, unless you need a throw away dress to trash for pictures, don't waste your time. Horrible quality.
