Highly recommend! I was really scared to purchase wedding dress online and after reading some of the reviews here, I was even scared to purchase from this website. Well somehow I found there really beautiful dress, so I gave it a try and I was positively surprised what arrived. Due some complications when my dress were first mis-shipped, which just can happened, I am so happy they are already with me :). The communication with the customer service was really good and professional, and they were really apologetic and helpful to get my dress to me as soon as possible. The dress arrived and I am just impressed of the look. They look exactly like the picture and after little alternations, they will just look amazing for my day. (When the day finally comes). I ordered a dress for my son's wedding I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The color was completely off. It did not match the swatch provided at all.... not even close. They would not allow me to return the dress because it was considered a custom color. The dress was almost White it was supposed to be champagne which is a tannish gold color. That is how the color appeared in the swatch that was provided as well. They are very deceptive and unwilling to cooperate or own up to their mistake. Do not purchase from this company! Shop local!

I emailed them and sent pictures of the dress color as pictured on their website versus what they sent me; they basically said the colors can vary depending on what fabric is used even though I ordered the exact same fabric as the pictures. They also said if I wasn’t satisfied I could order new dresses. Their response was short and seemed completely dismissive. I responded to ask if they were going to refund me for the for dresses I already purchased if I ordered new ones and asked what color I could order that would actually look like dress they pictured. No response. Do not trust your special day to these people. They do not care if they ruin your wedding.

Do not be fooled as I was and order… Do not be fooled as I was and order from this site. The dress I ordered was not like the picture and the material was itchy and cheap. I was charged a 30% restocking fee (which they do not tell you up front) and given an address in China to ship the dress back. Shipping would have cost $70.00. I wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing from this site.

Inexpensive, quality, and pleased 100% I looked online for my beach style wedding dress. Although a Model makes anything look beautiful, I did find and order my dream dress! I followed the local seamstress' advice and recvd the dress 6 months before my wedding, fitted 3 times and my last fitting 2 weeks before leaving for Mexico had final alterations made. The seamstress couldnt believe the quality and the detail of "beading" on my dress. I am just so Pleased with the dress I ordered from an online website. Unreal! Thx again!
