Would definitely NOT recommend people rely on this site The dress was not what it looked like online, I mean it wasn’t hugely far off, for example mine showed a really pretty belt which made the dress and when it arrived there was literally just a few beads in the centre along with other minimal things that just made it not like what the pictures suggests. Also had a problem with ‘made to measure’, had to pay almost the same cost of the dress in alterations so really not worth it, even my seamstress was shocked at it and took pictures for evidence - not that they believed it. They responded but with no accountability and really couldn’t care about your issues and just shut you down. They offered me $50 towards another dress (I’m in the UK and I don’t know how often they think I’m going to buy wedding dresses, plus certainly wouldn’t shop here again). Overall very disappointing and frustrating- I’m just glad this was for a back garden party after my covid wedding so I wasn’t tooo distraught but if I had received this as my proper wedding dress, I would’ve been heartbroken!

That's not how you alter a dress... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered a gorgeous gown from the sight and silenced that little voice that was in my head telling me that its probably cheap because its made in a sweat-shop in China. I got it custom sized and when it came in the mail I was horrified by what I saw. They screwed up the sizing so that it was super small in the hips and too big on top. To shorten the dress they just cut it in half, took of the length they needed and sewed it back together leaving a large seam across the lap of what was supposed to be a form fitting dress. The bodice boning is too long so when I sit down the entire dress rides up to my chin. The bodice is crooked as well. The back left side flops over itself and the front right bubbles up. I can't believe this was sent out to a customer this way. When I tried to contact the customer service department the best they could offer me was a 30% restocking fee and warned me that the other 60% would likely add up in Taxes when I shipped the dress back, and in the shipping costs. This company was a waste of time and money. STAY AWAY!

beautiful bridesmaid dresses Thank you so much inweddingdress, for making my sister's wedding beautiful. we used you guys to order the bridesmaid's dresses. we chose a tea-length, chiffon, summery dress. i had read other reviews complaining about color inconsistency. to ensure this didn't happen, we ordered color swatches a few months before, then referred to the swatch numbers when ordering our dresses. they turned out soooo beautifully and fit perfectly. i got a lot of compliments on my dress. they were very well made. the dresses came in a very nice garment bag with a little note that said something along the lines of, "feel beautiful, today is your day." how sweet! i had looked at dozens of other places for bridesmaid dresses and this style was definitely my favorite.

Dress Return I purchased a dress for a my civil wedding on this site. The dress itself didn't have the same delicacy as the image provided on the site their return policy is abysmal. They take 30% of the dress's price and make you ship it back to China, so basically, you're left with zip. Yes, I should have checked the return policy, but this is just plain bad business practice.

Do not be fooled as I was and order… Do not be fooled as I was and order from this site. The dress I ordered was not like the picture and the material was itchy and cheap. I was charged a 30% restocking fee (which they do not tell you up front) and given an address in China to ship the dress back. Shipping would have cost $70.00. I wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing from this site.
