I emailed them and sent pictures of the dress color as pictured on their website versus what they sent me; they basically said the colors can vary depending on what fabric is used even though I ordered the exact same fabric as the pictures. They also said if I wasn’t satisfied I could order new dresses. Their response was short and seemed completely dismissive. I responded to ask if they were going to refund me for the for dresses I already purchased if I ordered new ones and asked what color I could order that would actually look like dress they pictured. No response. Do not trust your special day to these people. They do not care if they ruin your wedding.

BUYER BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!! Do NOT purchase unless you know 100% that you will not need to make ANY changes. After purchasing my dress, I found out I was pregnant. When I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange the dress I received a general response "Your order is past the 5 day exchange mark.." aka NO. That was it, that was all I received after sending a long, detailed email about how I love the dress but just wanted to exchange it. After FOUR more attempts at contacting them I finally sent a negative email saying that this was awful customer service and asked to speak with a manager, Jenny Foley (who offers the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, both online and in person, not to mention poor use of a comma) replied with "your order, it is not eligible for return, and your case is closed" That's it. That's all. No trying to work with a pregnant woman, just pure and blatant rudeness. Unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The dress I set my heart on was a plain a-line gown featuring illusion snap-in panel at the bust, sleek and special. The price was great too. With my husband’s encouragement, I placed my order. And I’m glad I did. I felt true happiness in my dress at the ceremony, as to how I feel everyday spending time with my husband.

My perfect wedding dress I bought my wedding dress at the beginning of the year. Buy on the internet is scary. But with Inweddingdress, I was very satisfied. I asked a lot of questions at the service, and they always helped me. the dress was delivered on time (even a little before) and was according to what I wanted. (I advise you to have your measurements taken by someone other than yourself). no bad surprise on arrival. the result was perfect! listening, monitoring and quality of work, I recommend this site!

You get what you pay for Got my dress and even though I sent my measurements in to them, it fits horrible. The dress itself looks like cheap version of the one in the picture. Even the flower on the sash of the dress looks different. My mom thought they had sent me the wrong dress that's how bad it looks. Now I'm headed to the seamstress to try and get it fixed. Do yourself a favor, unless you need a throw away dress to trash for pictures, don't waste your time. Horrible quality.
