GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed, as the personalized mat that I ordered for my sister on 11/23/24 still hasn’t arrived.Tracking indicates that the mat has been at LAX since 12/5. As I can’t locate a US number and I’m not calling China, I’ve emailed JonxiFon 4 days in a row and I haven’t received a call or return text. I’ll dispute the charges and try to find my sister another Christmas gift in the few days that are left.

GBSCAM, ON WEBSITE IT STATED order today and receive by Nov 30-Dec 5th......When I sent an email requesting tracking and confirmation of work, I got back a reply of do not worry you will receive your order AFTER 22 WORKING DAYS......SCAM.....I've filed complaint with paypal

GBStay Away From This Company Order placed 11/27 with est arrival date of 12/6-8. It is 12/19 and nothing has arrived. They are having “technical difficulties.” One item hasn’t even shipped yet. I needed these gifts on 12/17. Waste of time, waste of money. Stay away from this company!!

GBItem arrived 2 months after placing… Item arrived 2 months after placing order. Missing battery which website claimed would be included, item finished very poorly and smaller in size that expected. I am not happy and cannot speak to anybody at the company.

GBLoved my Christmas bag with my… Loved my Christmas bag with my grandson’s picture on it. The size was great, the canvas was of great quality and the picture was clear. It did take a little time to receive it but it was definitely worth it.
