Very poor products and customer service I ordered two items one disc and one lantern The lantern does not work and I sent video proof of this to Grace Chen They asked for proof it was from them which I found very insulting but sent proof of delivery I asked for full refund but now being ignored I do not understand how they can operate in this way and as per other reviews this is common practice They must be held to account with trading standards and other consumer champions in UK Do not use this company

Item arrived 2 months after placing… Item arrived 2 months after placing order. Missing battery which website claimed would be included, item finished very poorly and smaller in size that expected. I am not happy and cannot speak to anybody at the company.

Made the mistake of buying a Christmas decoration they advertised on Instagram and what arrived was a piece of one dimensional printed plastic, all the way from......you guessed it, China. This rubbish cost £15.00. PayPal are refunding. Avoid any dealing with Jonxifon, they're Chinese scammers. EDIT. See reply below. I've been trying to get a refund since November and was asked to send the £15 item back to China at a cost of £17. Now I've shared this publicly they're desperate to help? I reiterate, don't fall for the advertising, you will be disappointed. Edit. 2nd February. Was emailed by the company, who asked me if there was any way to persuade me to remove this review. They were told I wanted a full refund and I've heard nothing since.
