Item received was not assembled with no… Item received was not assembled with no instructions, extremely poor quality and altered from the approved proof. Denied refund and replacement.

Stay Away From This Company Order placed 11/27 with est arrival date of 12/6-8. It is 12/19 and nothing has arrived. They are having “technical difficulties.” One item hasn’t even shipped yet. I needed these gifts on 12/17. Waste of time, waste of money. Stay away from this company!!

Clearly this is there pattern Clearly this is there pattern. My story is almost identical to the others listed. Ordered my item November 25th. My order also has been sitting in LA since December 5th according to JS shipping. Which has no number to contact. I've emailed them daily. I keep getting form letter responses. Now that I've seen there are so many others with the EXACT same scenario I'll be calling my credit card and disputing the charge. What a scam

Very poor products and customer service I ordered two items one disc and one lantern The lantern does not work and I sent video proof of this to Grace Chen They asked for proof it was from them which I found very insulting but sent proof of delivery I asked for full refund but now being ignored I do not understand how they can operate in this way and as per other reviews this is common practice They must be held to account with trading standards and other consumer champions in UK Do not use this company

SCAM SITE Scam site. Do NOT order from here! Placed an order. Didn't hear for a few days so I emailed to cancel. Wasn't informed once the order is in progress it cannot be cancelled. Was given a phony tracking#. No they're ignoring my emails. I'm bombarding their FB page with comments but they'll soon block me.
