A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.

Terrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.
