They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. received exactly what i wanted received exactly what i wanted i was pretty skeptical at first when coming across the website considering the knife i wanted was sold out in most places (pink stiletto) i bought it impulsively without doing further research on them and waited about 10 minutes until googling osogrande knives to see the reviews and well.. lets just say i began to overthink and worry if i’d actually receive it after some negative reviews lol, fortunately i did and it was very quick (about a week i’d say, it shipped out a day or two after i ordered)

Horrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.
