GBHorrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

GBI have ordered from Osogrande Knives… I have ordered from Osogrande Knives many times and their customer service is sterling. They are one of the last shops out there that actually carry an inventory instead of just drop shipping it directly from the company. And because of this they often times have products that are discontinued but you can still get it from them because they are an actual store with product. My only hope is that they continue to be in business as it is hard to find anyone who actually has the products in stock and can guarantee shipping as they don't have to rely on a third party to ship it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

GBDo not order from them Do not order from them, they are a rip off. I order from them in July as a gift for my husband and myself. I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS SIMILAR

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a Naval Officer sword upon completion of a school due to great price. A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.
