Terrible Company Give them a 0 I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.

I never received the products, an email, call, or text explaining what was going on with the order. I've called and sent emails with no response, but they didn't hesitate to debit my account. I have ordered from Osogrande Knives… I have ordered from Osogrande Knives many times and their customer service is sterling. They are one of the last shops out there that actually carry an inventory instead of just drop shipping it directly from the company. And because of this they often times have products that are discontinued but you can still get it from them because they are an actual store with product. My only hope is that they continue to be in business as it is hard to find anyone who actually has the products in stock and can guarantee shipping as they don't have to rely on a third party to ship it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Ordered a knife early July and they… Ordered a knife early July and they still haven't processed the order and now their web site says they are relocating and will not answer emails or ship anything until 07 SEPT. Do not order from these folks! I ordered the same knife from Amazon and it showed up two days later for a cheaper price and free shipping.

Customer Service I was looking for a Cold Steel knife, I wanted it at at good price and free shipping but I had several questions before my purchase. I sent them so many emails with my inquiries and so patiently they answer each and every single of them with courtesy and with knowledge. They sent me a tracking number the same day of my purchase and I got my order rapidly. They have a lot of variety of knives at a good price. I was satisfied with the price, process and their customer service.
