I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.

They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. Just shop around more for a different seller horrible service.

From my experience with Oso Grande… From my experience with Oso Grande Knives, it’s not possible to judge whether they are a real business. After I placed an order for three items, I received a confirmatory email. But after a week, when I still had not received an email confirming shipping, I sent my first email to them inquiring as to the status of the order. I sent 3 more emails up until 18 days after placing the order. They never bothered to respond to a single one of my 4 emails. I was finally forced to cancel the order 19 days after I placed it. But they didn’t even reply when I cancelled the order!
