GBreceived exactly what i wanted received exactly what i wanted i was pretty skeptical at first when coming across the website considering the knife i wanted was sold out in most places (pink stiletto) i bought it impulsively without doing further research on them and waited about 10 minutes until googling osogrande knives to see the reviews and well.. lets just say i began to overthink and worry if i’d actually receive it after some negative reviews lol, fortunately i did and it was very quick (about a week i’d say, it shipped out a day or two after i ordered)

GBOsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

GBCompany lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

GBFrom my experience with Oso Grande… From my experience with Oso Grande Knives, it’s not possible to judge whether they are a real business. After I placed an order for three items, I received a confirmatory email. But after a week, when I still had not received an email confirming shipping, I sent my first email to them inquiring as to the status of the order. I sent 3 more emails up until 18 days after placing the order. They never bothered to respond to a single one of my 4 emails. I was finally forced to cancel the order 19 days after I placed it. But they didn’t even reply when I cancelled the order!
