GBBad customer relations My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked. The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn't understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves . I called them and paid for the knife. The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee. Would recommend never doing business with them. They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn.

GBNever buy anything from them Never buy anything from them, zero communication they have ignored four emails so far and two calls go to voice mail randomly when you are waiting on hold. They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. Just shop around more for a different seller horrible service.

GBHorrible Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

GBFast shipping and wonderful selection I’m not sure what happened with other people and their bad experience, but mine was very good with Oso grande knives. I placed an order for a knife on Friday late at night Central time so Oso grande didn’t see it until Monday but they shipped it on Tuesday and by Friday I had the knife in my hand. I did call them on Wednesday to ask about the order but then I saw the email saying it was already shipped. Emerson had discontinued a knife that I wanted very badly and Oso grande had it so I ordered it right away Before they were all gone. I’ll definitely be a future customer.

GBOsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.
