Bad customer relations My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked. The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn't understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves . I called them and paid for the knife. The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee. Would recommend never doing business with them. They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn.

OsoGrandeKnives didn't make the cut. I ordered a knife as a present for someone and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never got an email that it was shipped. I called the company EVERY DAY for 4 consecutive days, left a voicemail message, and sent a message through their website. I never talked to a human being and my messages were never answered. Now, almost an entire month later, I got an email that the knife has been shipped and my card was charged. Expedited shipping does not mean 27 DAYS LATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR THIS KNIFE NOW. I would like to return it but am not paying minimum 20% restocking fees and return shipping for their horrific negligence. That's assuming I even end up receiving it.

Company lets consumer eat costs of lost merchandise Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

Doesn't seem like a legit company Doesn't seem like a legit company. I placed my order and received a confirmation via e-mail. Then, no notification of the shipment ever came in. I tried calling and sending e-mails to the sales and customer service, but received no response.

This is a terrible company as with the… This is a terrible company as with the previous review I placed an order on June 17th and have not received the knife. I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.
