Website scam Website scam, no customer service phone number or working email so I’m stuck with a viel that is being processed (4 weeks to make it?) and have NO way to cancel or receive help with my order. Total rip-off

The veil arrived in the designated time… The veil arrived in the designated time and in very good condition. It’ll work great. I like how they kept me up to date with frequent shipping updates.

It took too long to get any type of… It took too long to get any type of communication regarding the shipping of my order. Ultimately the item wouldn't reach me in time for my wedding and i had to cancel the order.

My veil hasn’t arrived… I put in an order on April 7 and paid express shipping and I still have not received my veil. I also emailed the company regarding my order and also not received a reply. At this point, I’d just like a refund for the original order and the shipping fees since it hasn’t shipped yet.
