I purchased what appeared to be a super… I purchased what appeared to be a super cute off both shoulders sweatshirt for my girl. I payed for expedited shipping as well. Product took about 3 weeks to get here even with expedited shipping. Product was nothing like what was advertised. Cheap fabric and in NO way was off the shoulders like advertised. I reached out to request a refund and ship the cheap product back. I was told nothing could be done except 20% off of future sales. $50 wasted on a cheesy product different from advertisement and No customer approval consideration what so ever. Disgusted and ripped off basically. Do not waste your money at this company that does not care about customer satisfaction.

Exactly what I ordered We recently lost our dog of 13 years. It was my wife dog more than mine. I decided to get her a 3D cube made of the dog. I sent a picture. The service was amazing. Rapidly done and shipped. No issues. Once arrived, it was gorgeous. It was exactly like the picture. My wife cried and was so happy. Thank you
