GBPoor initial quality and poor service Ordered and got 2d pendant. Can’t see the image almost at all. I rarely reach out to customer service unless product is really poor, which it is. I asked for a refund. They asked for photos, I sent, then they asked for more photos with black bsckgrounds, I sent. Then they asked 3rd time for a variety of photos. Ridiculous stalling and hassling of customer, all my photos clearly show the photo image in necklace is not visible. And I clearly told them I’m not satisfied. I asked again for refund. Finally after venting and going out of my way to show displeasure, they offered to send replacement. I asked if I could switch to small 3d crystal, they charged another $38 for the difference and sent. It was decent but not as good as others I’ve seen. This is an update from original 1-star review which is likely why they finally helped me as the final email they sent was titled customer of 1-star review. Sometimes the only thing that works. My advice, buy from one of those mall kiosks because you can see before you pay. Eric S.
