GBWe ordered a wedding band in December… We ordered a wedding band in December for my fiance. The first ring came in the wrong size, the second came in the wrong color, the third came in two days before our wedding after literally receiving every excuse about why it had not been ordered in a timely manner and why it could not get here on time, with no apology ever offered. Zales did not offer reasonable compensation, so we found a much better quality ring in a very short period of time and returned the one to Zales. Will not buy anything from them again.

GBDouble Charged I am writing this review based on the transaction so far. I have not received the product as of yet, i will give another review when it comes in. They Double charged me to make sure the funds were available. Being on a paycheck to paycheck basis, its a little inconvenient. So instead of having money for groceries i have to wait a couple of days to get $400 put back on my card. More than likely will not buy from here again.

GBTotal failure to appreciate customers … I ordered a pendant for my daughter engraved with the names of her three children. Upon inspecting the item, I realize the engraved names were not visible without a magnifying glass. I will never spend another dime on this company unless they reach out to correct this deceptive practice!

GBFalse Advertising Purchased an item from the Marilyn Monroe collection. The item page shows the piece of jewelry in a special Marilyn Monroe collection box with a certificate of authenticity. Well, item was delivered today, but did not come in the special collection box nor did it have the certificate of authenticity. I reached out to customer service and kept getting told the same thing, “the bracelet doesn’t come with that box or the certificate and we don’t supply those items”. And even when I called them out by letting them know the same item is being sold used by someone on Poshmark and they have both the box and the certificate, and even sent a screenshot of that listing showing that those items were present, I was still told the same thing, “the item doesn’t come with the box or the certificate”. When a company charges a premium for exclusive items and pictures these items in the product listing page with a special collection box and a certificate of authenticity, and then lies about them not being included, it sours customers from wanting to shop with them anymore. This world is getting more and more expensive and when someone can finally afford something like this, they expect to get what they paid for. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

GBDont ever order anything online They… Dont ever order anything online They will print a label for ups and never set up for delivery. I Placed a order for a necklace dec 18 2020 got a tracking number that stated that it was to be delivered 12/31/2020 but in fact it was never packaged at zales nor sent to ups. I was told I have to wait until 1/28/2021 for investigation. Why if you never gave it to ups to begin with? Not professional at all
