USZales customer dissatisfaction review I received a ring from Zales as a gift. After less than 18 months, the setting fell out. Zales will not repair my ring unless I pay for the labor and the replacement stone. I checked their extended warranties and lifetime protection plans. None of them cover the cost of replacement stones and only the lifetime protection plan will cover the replacement cost of diamonds. So now I have an ugly frame for a ring and I will have to fork over even more money, on top of my giftor's purchase price, to have something that I would wear. Make no mistake, Zales---and Kay's by extension as a sister company---*will* not stand behind the products they sell, unless you are willing to fork over even more money for an extended warrantee that covers nothing more than the bench fee of their repair service. And don't forget, any piece of jewelry that you might wish to sell, will bring only a fraction of the original purchase price... maybe 25% at best.

USOrdered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my… Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my daughter in-law for Christmas. they gave Dec 23 for delivery.. it still shows it hasent shipped. Customer services says 7-10 days before anyone will contact me. This is the poorest of customer service. Who knows what their excuse is going to be. Wont be buying from Zales ever again.

USTotal failure to appreciate customers … I ordered a pendant for my daughter engraved with the names of her three children. Upon inspecting the item, I realize the engraved names were not visible without a magnifying glass. I will never spend another dime on this company unless they reach out to correct this deceptive practice!

USPretty terrible customer service Pretty terrible customer service, only giving 1 star because I can't do zero. Ordered a bracelet online for Xmas. Received the item two days ago and it was not my item. Package was addressed to me but item and packing slip were for a different person in a different state. Called Zales and they told me that their ecommerce team has to handle it and it can take 10-14 days to get a response, they only respond via email. Tried to request cancellation/refund and told nothing they can do until ecommerce looks at it and responds. Left me hanging with no out for possibly 10+ days. Really terrible support, most companies would have apologized and sent a replacement, it wasn't a terribly expensive item but now 2 people got the wrong item and are stuck.

USWorst shipping and customer service!!! Worst shipping and customer service!!!! It's been two weeks and the order has not even been processed/prepared yet!!!! I chose expedited shipping and hope to receive it earlier, but the order has been late for a whole month!!!! I called the customer service five times but got different information from different people, and they even asked me to "patiently" wait for another month to contact them again. I'm still waiting for my order. Terrible terrible. Very rude customer representatives too.
