Buyer beware Buyer beware. They will lock you in with a non refundable deposit and change the pricing for the packages. There should be a set price for everyone and it should stay the same. If the event is cancelled within a reasonable time frame, you should receive at the least a full or part refund. Not a great costumer experience.

Do not Book your room with Destify! Like has been said before if you have any changes they stick it to you in the pricing. My situation changed and I had to change and attendee and the dates of the stay. An extra $150 for the replacement attendee, then the room rates went up over 30% from the original booking. Better to just book directly with the hotel from the start. It has taken a dozen emails to make the change. So yes their customer service sucks the big one!

Would not recommend this Would not recommend this. Locked in at a higher price than booking from the resort. Strict cancellation policies and very cookie cutter responses from customer service when you need help. Save yourself the headache and stress that I have endured. It's not worth it.

Do Not Recommend This company does a good job on the front end but once they have you locked in they are not willing to accommodate your needs and simply say, "we can't help you". This happened to us multiple times with this agency and I would NOT RECOMMEND using them unless you like being disappointed.
