Very dishonest vendor Very dishonest vendor. I purchased a gift basket and upgraded the champagne for an additional $78 charge. When my sister received her basket, she sent me a pic of it in her thank you - and I noticed that the vendor DID NOT upgrade the champagne, which I paid for. THey refused to refund me the $78.

SCAMMERS Like everyone else on here, I was also scammed. They sent me gift baskets containing products that you can buy at a gas station. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges because they responded that they would no longer be communicating with me. For example, the basket that I ordered was supposed to contain Brie cheese and instead the only cheese I received in the basket was Kraft grated parmesan cheese (what you put on spaghetti).

This company is a joke This company is a joke. They won't help you or return your call. They took my money and never delivered a Christmas basket. RIP OFF

Birthday gift Birthday gift according to their website I bought a birthday present to be deliver in their time table: cake, flowers, wine and fruit basket. i'f I place my order before 2 pm PST it will be deliver on time. I contact them earlier this morning and they confirm it will be deliver on today. I spend so much time in phone calls and emails and the response is the same I will not get refund as the currier is delay is not their fault. I demand my refund it's a scam company and won't buy again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Very bad product. they send you whatever they have in stock, completely different to what you ordered, and what it looks on the website. Customer Service extremely poor and rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
