GBThe Entire Contents of my Order was Substituted I ordered expensive champagne and red wine with specialist cheese from the UK for the LA area, costing a few hundred dollars. It was delivered within a few short hours. However instead of the original items, the basket contained sparkling, a bottle of ordinary, flavoured cheese and full of crackers. When I wrote to them, they replied, " as per our substitution policy stipulated in our terms and conditions, at times substitutions may be necessary to fulfill orders in a timely manner, especially in the event that an order is time-sensitive and intended for a special occasion. Substitutions are actually quite common within the gifting and gift basket industry, as products are constantly changing on an ongoing basis after product details and photos have been published...In some rare instances, the entire contents of an order may be substituted.Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are not always able to contact customers ahead to advise them of substitutions. By placing an order you accepted our terms and conditions, and thus agreed that the order may consist of products that differ from the original product description. Furthermore, you agreed that you are not entitled to refunds or compensation under such circumstances, as per our refund policies: "NOT AS DESCRIBED & SUBSTITUTIONS - Where a package is 'not as described on our website' and/or we have substituted item(s) in a gift/gift basket that are in compliance with our 'substitution policy'.We appreciate your understanding." They banked money from me legally, but not in good faith.

GBTerrible Service Terrible Service Items in basket were replaced by super cheap alternatives. This is a total SCAM.

SVSCAM SCAM What a SCAM, I ordered the Pasta Lover's Wine Gift Basket and received a broken wood board, wine I did not order that was probably bought at a gas station, the vinegar and olive oil were purchased at Walmart as well as the pasta and cheese. Their customer service is trash also as they can only refund what was broken or missing. Hope LA Baskets goes bankrupt soon.

GBVery dishonest vendor Very dishonest vendor. I purchased a gift basket and upgraded the champagne for an additional $78 charge. When my sister received her basket, she sent me a pic of it in her thank you - and I noticed that the vendor DID NOT upgrade the champagne, which I paid for. THey refused to refund me the $78.
