I ordered a gift basket for a patient I ordered a gift basket for a patient. I never received a confirmation for the order yet my credit card was charged. The basket was never delivered. I contacted the company and they kept reassuring me it was. They gave me a tracking # and said to contact tracking company - not their issue anymore. 2 days later still no basket. The tracking company said it would take a couple of days to research. Reviewed hospital surveillance cameras for the period of time it was supposed to be delivered showed nothing had been delivered in the stated time frame. It would seem to me this company should go after the tracking company on my behalf.

SCAMMERS Like everyone else on here, I was also scammed. They sent me gift baskets containing products that you can buy at a gas station. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges because they responded that they would no longer be communicating with me. For example, the basket that I ordered was supposed to contain Brie cheese and instead the only cheese I received in the basket was Kraft grated parmesan cheese (what you put on spaghetti).

SCAM - BEWARE My sweet FIL sent me basket. For $150, I was supposed to receive two types of wine (Woodbridge and Yellow Tail) and three types of brownies/cookies. There were no desserts, and two bottles of Tisdale. (Each bottle retails for about $2.) DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Terrible Service Terrible Service Items in basket were replaced by super cheap alternatives. This is a total SCAM.

Not as Described Ordered beer and cheese hamper as a gift. Contents not as described. Received cheap alternatives including processed cheese and a tin of tomatoes! Will not use again.
