Not as Described Ordered beer and cheese hamper as a gift. Contents not as described. Received cheap alternatives including processed cheese and a tin of tomatoes! Will not use again.

Awful service I ordered their product with the promise that it would be delivered same day if ordered by a certain time. A time I confirmed I met. After paying them and expecting them to hold their end of the agreement I received a tracking information that stated it would be Delivered tomorrow. After multiple efforts to speak to a human, was prompted to leave voice-mail multiple times & never received a call back, I finally get to a line that's prompts me that I'm next In line to speak to a representative. I waiting an hour and a half before finally hanging up as no one ever came to the phone. I sent an email to a customer service representative I had spoken to prior named Naima who responded the next day not the day I contacted and their product was supposed to be delivered. Stating that it would be Delivered that day , the day after was promised, I requested a cancellation and a refund because at this point there was no point in their services. I was informed I could not recieve a refund nor cancel. I respond with the fact that they did not hold up their end of the deal and I deserved at least a partial refund given the serious inconvenience due to their false advertising. Her response was to not respond at all. No efforts made what so ever to feel as though they had an remorse for taking my money and basically throwing it away as the person it was intended for was no longer at that location. So someone there got a basket definitely not the person I paid to recieve it. Which is infuriating. So due to this horrible experience and honestly the most insane waste of money I would never ever recommend this company to anyone and will consider reporting them to the BBB for ignoring my attempts to find a solution to the inconvenience. Must say do appreciate the opportunity for the review and will make sure to post it on Google as well.

Birthday gift Birthday gift according to their website I bought a birthday present to be deliver in their time table: cake, flowers, wine and fruit basket. i'f I place my order before 2 pm PST it will be deliver on time. I contact them earlier this morning and they confirm it will be deliver on today. I spend so much time in phone calls and emails and the response is the same I will not get refund as the currier is delay is not their fault. I demand my refund it's a scam company and won't buy again

This company is a rip off This company is a rip off. They take your money and then don’t deliver anything like what you’ve ordered! It’s one thing to stipulate that sometimes you need to substitute something but it’s another altogether to substitute EVERYTHING to the point that the basket resembles something else completely and is valued at a fraction of what you paid. I demand money back now!

SCAM SCAM What a SCAM, I ordered the Pasta Lover's Wine Gift Basket and received a broken wood board, wine I did not order that was probably bought at a gas station, the vinegar and olive oil were purchased at Walmart as well as the pasta and cheese. Their customer service is trash also as they can only refund what was broken or missing. Hope LA Baskets goes bankrupt soon.
